The dentist here (Dr Hina) is one of the most lovely dentist I have ever been too. My partner who has a dentist phobia will only come here as she is so patient, so caring and just puts him at ease. I started coming here after bringing him a few times and now I will drive half hour to come.

Highly recommend! I came here with sensitivity issues which I believed was an issue in my front teeth, Dr Hina conducted a very through test prior to any procedure to narrow down the sensitivity issue. It ended up being my wisdom tooth, and once removed I never had sensitivity issue afterwards.

Dr Hina is an amazing caring dentist. Extremely through in her approach to her work. And happy to explain every detail of the procedure and always gives the best option. Ie.root canal, extraction

The receptionist was incredibly helpful with my questions and helped me through all the relevant information I needed to know before booking my first appointment. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but it was on Friday. So anyone with questions, hold off till friday for the best expierence!

Dr. Hina Jani is very helpful, accommodating and informative. Doesn’t try to do unnecessary work. Happy to continue my dental works there.

Dr Hina performed my wisdom tooth removal very professionally and quickly - I didn’t even notice that my tooth was out. She provided me with important advice on what to do and how the procedure would be done. Looking forward to my next appointment with her.

WORST DENTIST EVER. Dr Hina is so disrespectful, ill-mannered and rude to her patients. Unbelievable and truly annoying on her attitude. 100% wastage of money and time. Please never and ever visit this dentist.

I came into check the price of a scale and clean, to see how much my insurance would cover. The receptionist, arshi was super helpful in giving me all the information I needed. Her customer service skills were exceptional, I would get my treatment done here simply by how great the reception was!

They messed up my claim so made me come back and wait 45 minutes only to still not fix it. Then called repeatedly both me and my emergency contact for weeks saying it's an emergency - just lying. Disgusting place

I had my Root Canal Treatment and crown treatment done here and it was fantastic. The Dentists are highly trained and are also very nice.

Along with this, the admin service is great too, where they give you a call to check up on how you are going after the procedure and are very friendly.

I highly recommend this place for both minor and major dental treatments.

We visited Vale Dental centre as my 4 year old daughter was scared of the dentist chair and would not sit for a treatment, we tried a few other dentists but on one was able to help us. Dr, Hina took her time and made sure she was okay and then slowly started the treatment and achieved more than we even imagined we could in one sitting based on past experience, she even agreed to get the filling done. Truly happy with the outcome, thank you Dr Hina.

I have been seeing Dr Hina Jani for a while now and all i can say is she is the best dentist i have ever been too. Her work is exceptional, very fair pricing and is always prepared to provide the best service possible. She even stayed back to 7.30pm to complete my dental work. She has a extremely friendly and calming personality and a very good sense of humor too.so easy to get along with. Her assistant is also very good, very friendly. The services are exceptional.

Fantastic dentist I have a phobia with dentist they made me feel relaxed and comfortable dentist was lovely and gentle. Reasonable priced as well can highly recommend

Took my 4 year old boy there for a tooth ache and the dentist was just saying she had a younger girl in not long ago that behaved better as he was shy and nervous, then just made belittling comments saying can't he sit alone coz I sat with him on the chair to try ease him

Booked 2 weeks ago for a specified time at 8: 30am, agreed to and get remainders saying fees charged if I don not give 48 hours notice for a cancellation, then get a text message the day before trying to move me to the following day! What a joke! I am self employed too and need notice.
Now trying to change the time also - don't agree to a date and time if you cannot deliver with minimal notice. Service great previously - not impressed moving forward. If i did this to my clients I would not have any clients!

Always running behind? Been here twice and both times the dentist was running waaay behind schedule. Second time it got to 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and ended up walking out. Don't go here if you value your time or have plans.

The worst dentsit, I should have shopped around in hindsight. I had 4 top veneers done to replace ones I had done over 10 years ago. Within a week a big chunk had chipped off one front tooth and the corners of my front teeth had chipped also. The dentist had just returned from maternity leave and had her baby there with a nanny who came in and out twice while she was working over me so she could babble baby talk to her baby. So unprofessional. She was also extrememly rude to her assistant the whole time. The owner had me come back in to fix the large chunk and 'polish' it up as the veneer colours were all different as well so they looked great straight after he 'fixed' it but you could see it was patched within a day or so and he couldnt fix the corner chips. Now less than 2 years later, half of one of the other veneers has come off. I'll be going elsewhere to have them fixed or replaced this time. What a big waste of money for poor quality that was.

Treated with no respect and understanding. Not suitable for nervous patients. I recommend looking elsewhere.
