So i went to get an old tax done, couldnt do it on the computer that we were at.not a problem.than apparently i had another 2 that needed doing so 3 in total.i left expecting to pay the 70 dollars as i really only wanted 1 tax done. 310 dollars later.ok il leave it il get it from tax. 3 weeks later i finally get 2 of my 3 taxes back. I have been in contact by email and phone call and pretty much been put on the back burner.almost 6 weeks later and still my main tax not handed in. Il now be coming in to get my money back to go to another tax company. As well as calling the ato. Extremely dissapointed as i thought this place may have been okay because of the ratings.i am well and truly not happy with the experience and service i have recieved and paid for. Update: i been compensated and updatedon whats to happen.

Universal taxation service is best, their staff is very helpfull. They helped me in my taxes a lot due to which I am thankful specially to Parminder ma’am and ankit sir a lot. I will recommend them to all of my knows and who so ever read my comment. They are very genuine in price also.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I'm disappointed of the service. Just found out after 2 weeks of waiting for my tax refund payment, the application was not lodged. Contacted the ATO and verified thru myGov account there was no record that it was lodged. When I spoke to tax agent she was telling there was some issue/error with the transmission to ATO (they only discovered when I started to follow up), when I asked her what is the lodge error message she couldn't tell me. The tax agent (Gosnells branch) said she will attempt to lodge again and when I checked that evening in myGov website still no tax refund lodge. I've waited for two days if there is any action to lodge after complaining about it. Still no lodgement done, I did not even receive an update or phone call from this lady. I tried to contact the Director in Cannington office but did not bother to speak to me. I insisted to return the service fee which at least they refunded it back, but the time wasted following up is really upsetting. Very poor service couldn’t depend on it.

What a rip off. I've booked an appointment in their Gosnells branch for my individual tax return including my investments by calling one of their accountants. She confirmed it's only $99 as what was advertised on their website. I came in there prepared and had all requirements with me at our confirmed booking time but had to wait an hour before I got to her. I didn't mind the wait, but as soon as I was with her I felt as if she was rushing the job. I was asking for tax advice and she couldn't give me a straight answer. I thought the consultation was also part of the service but apparently she didn't care much. If I didn't know about my tax deductions, she wouldn't have claimed it. It took us over an hour to finish the whole process and in the end she charged me $187. She told me we took more than an hour and I had to do more of your tax that is why it's more expensive. If you only have a basic individual tax return, then these guys would look like a star because it's easy to do. You can just go online and do it yourself. Otherwise, if you came in wanting tax advice and an accountant who personally would care to get you the most, then look for another one.

I badly needed an accountant so I searched the net and found “Universal Taxation Services”. I got an appointment straight away and the person over the phone was quite friendly, what made feel more confident about it. The accountant was very knowledgeable and he tried to maximise my tax return, which I am very grateful for.
I had a great experience overall, people are professional, friendly and nice.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any tax returns or issues.
