We are personally disappointed with their service considering we have heard positive words about Taral and my husband was his regular customer for past 9 years.
Unprofessional behaviour, lack of time management, unethical approach towards customer feedback on draft tax returns, negligence and no attention to detail. Lost faith in their service.

Awesome service, I did BAS GST and individual tax returns, A gentleman originally from Pakistan (Asad) filed my tax returns with details explaining the every affairs and tax related matter.he talked to others in office to ensure that information is as accurate as possible.
Even it’s professionals but they are very friendly to exceed clients satisfaction. I solute their service, approach and team effort for clients.

Very prompt in getting the payment for the service but very slow to lodge the return to ATO, had to call them for a month to chase, if the lodgement is done.

Worst professional Indian shop you can look up. The attitude of the lady who attends the phone must be lauded to what you see back in India. She was so loud and louder than the loud voice mail they have in place, asking for list of information. Then she tells, our boys will get back within 7 days. 7 days gone, waited and followed up after 14 days.
The same lady started of on a high pitch, when I enquired about the email, like any Indian, which email, what email. Oh, yes i find it. The tone goes down.so sorry! We apologizes. You have provided all the details, we will come back to you within 7 days.
Now 5 weeks past the second call.no reply.

Those who are seeking to file tax, avoid this Indian shop. They put up shops in all corners, don't fall trap to them.

I went to process my tax return couple of years ago. I paid for the process but they did not lodge it until I checked it after logment period via mygov. They were not nice to customer and promise to it but not. I observed again the same problem happening second time. They do not organise and took proper information to process tax return. It is annoying to talk them again and again to process the same process.

I paid in mid-april to have 2012 and 2013 submitted. As of July 4th, the ATO still hasn't received my paperwork, I have spent hours trying to get this fixed and I have received one call back and nothing has been resolved.

Universal Taxation is a firm that cares for its clients just as a family, but still holds the best professional values. Whenever I have interacted with them, I have been listened to, and my concerns have been addressed straight away. The whole team is fully dedicated to their work. I shall recommend them to anyone!
