Ultra Tune Whitfords

My teenage son was getting his Focus serviced for the first time since he had it - some 25 months. There were numerous things that required doing, but there was no pressure to do those that weren't urgent. Cheaper options were explored, in terms of doing things 'by yourself', (air pod) so I was impressed with that. It wasn't cheap, but i took confidence it was done properly.

Booked my car in with Reece very helpful and friendly. I work in the shopping centre dropped my car off before work Reece message me during the day with updates which was nice so no unexpected surprises

Rang me with a detailed list of what required doing (hadn't been serviced for 3 years) and gave me fixed prices for doing them. Dropped off at 8am, ready by 3pm. Result!

I had my log book service carried out by Ultra Tune Whitfords and was very impressed by their customer service person who was very friendly and helpful. Also the mechanical service provided was excellent, it was the first time I've had a vehicle serviced and I have not been loaded up with 'extras'.

I have had my brakes done and the car serviced twice by Whitfords Ultratune, and I am very happy with their service. It took a fair bit of shopping around for my first brake change over and their price saved my just over $600 on my first quote.

So very happy with their work and their customer service is brilliant, they don’t make you feel like you are a pay packet to them and we should be great full for whatever job is done even if it’s a sub standard job like a heck of a lot of places do. I first went to them about 12 yrs ago then went away for 10 yrs and in that time nothing has changed they still have time for their customers they still do as they say and do contact you, the job is done and done very well my opinion is they are 1st class with economy price, the others are economy class with a 1st class price, so make your life easier and your money spent as it should be on a job worth it done bother to shop around this place is definitely a diamond amongst the rough
