The team at Ultra Tune were extremely pleasant to deal with, friendly and more importantly.efficient fast and their pricing is amazing. This team will be doing all my services on my car from now on

Receptionist was excellent.
The service great and informative.

Just one thing - with the service I am assuming tyre were checked. Including the spare tyre.
The boot area was found in disarray and dirty/dusty.
Next time I’ll empty it to make it easier for the mechanic.

A cover for front seat wou, d also be a good idea for the mechanics if possible.

Great service at a reasonable price. Not many car service businesses will clean your engine after a service, they do this every time. Very happy and will use again.

I've consistently had an awesome customer experience with the guys at Kenwick Ultratune. Finding a quality, and trustworthy mechanic isn't always an easy task but Matt and his team really run a great business.

So my works have not yet been done but they diagnosed my issue very quickly, (and quoted very quickly also) something that I was previously assured was no issue from 2 different places. When I walked in the mechanics were busily cleaning their work stations and sweeping. My instant thoughts were that this is a place were the workers are professional and care about the business. Very impressed so far. Will follow up post works.

OK It is now 4: 41PM (last comment early this morning) and I have my car back. These guys got it done in the day. The quotes remained unchanged, the work double checked and my car is running properly again. Thanks so much crew, really can not believe you got it done in this kind of turn around. My battery died and I had to be towed here late at night - they were super lovely the next day, they jump started my car and checked the alternator for free. Would highly recommend

Matt has looked after my cars for years and before that was Craig. Even though I have moved to the other side of town I still go to Ultratune Kenwick as they are friendly, trustworthy and know their stuff. I Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Guys.

Matt and Gary are very friendly. Had a problem with my suspension and took it to a well known suspension specialist 4 times and they could not find the problem. Matt found the problem and fixed it in a day. Also took my car to Kmart as it was overheating and they could not find the problem. Turns out I had a leak In my radiator and once again Matt resolved the issue in a day. Keep up the good work fellas.

We took our 2016 Ford Ranger for a oil and filter change and new brake pads. They use the same filter and oil as Ford and it was $30 cheaper and a lot faster. Also Ford Darwin told us in writing that we had only 5mm of front brake pad left and were insisting of a replacement at $550! Ultra Tune were honest and showed us there was 8mm left! No need for pads. These guys are truly HONEST. Shame there aren't more like them.

Been informed by a friend that this was a great place to get the car serviced, so i gave it a try.
Yes well worth it a great bunch of people who know there business and have great customer service skills.will now be having our two cars serviced there.

Matt and his team provide a friendly and professional service ensuring quality work at a very reasonable price. Ultratune Kenwick oversee all our family cars as well as all the vehicles in my company's fleet, ranging from commercial vans and Utes to my own personal collection of classic and luxury cars. The cars are vacuumed and all windows polished on return, quite often at previous mechanics my cars have come back with grubby oil marks and details missed. They also offer a loan car service free of charge and have quite often picked me up/ dropped me off when the loan cars have been brooked out. Would highly recommend, the only mechanic I would trust with my vehichles.
