Ultra Tune Kenwick

For my first experience ever getting my car serviced I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this exchange was and how helpful the videos are on what should be worked on and what is okay. Loved that I had an option to alter the quote by removing some services (not everyone can afford a $1000+ service). No questions were asked regarding the alteration and removal of suggested services and recommendations were made regarding what aspects and issues of the car that needed attention. Amazing customer service from Lachy! Would 100% recommend to others.

I drop my old beat down car off with MANY! Problems,

They take a look and call me and quote before doing any work on it.

Once work is complete they send an invoice with what they found, how they fixed it and the amount, no extra work without letting me know.

Even keeping my car at the shop for a couple of days until i could come back and pick it up.

The different payment options are also VERY VERY helpful.

I'd gone through hell with my Commodore a gift from my late Dad. From moment I got it from Car yard till coming up a year next month it had issues. Each time tried to fix I was waiting months at time other places added to Cars issues. Constantly lies and trying rip me off from other so called Mechanics
They didn't have a clue wat they where doing.
Huge amount of stress not what expect from Mechanic entrust Car to. From the minute I spoke to Stacey I felt at last happy or confident and I felt HOPE for first time in a year this Commodore was in great hands.

I've owned my car for 15 years since new and had it serviced at dealers and then another service centre. Over the years I have seen a steady decrease in the attention to detail that my car has received, almost as if the attitude was proportional to the age of the car.

I don't mind paying for work to be done on my car as long as it's required and done properly and this has been sadly not been occurring the last few years. I don't bother complaining about when I don't feel that work on my car hasn't been up to scratch, I just don't go back.

I was recommended to try ULTRATUNE KENWICK by a friend and thought I would try them. I already know what is wrong or what needs attention on my car and without any prompting.the guys there nailed every item that I knew about and alerted to me a couple of items that would become an issue in the near future.

They fixed my brakes and did an engine service which made my car feel years newer and didn't shudder when stopping. I'll be getting more work done by them and look forward to being a regular customer of a small business that looks after it customers cars with the respect that an owner has for them.

I had my Nissan X-Trail sun visor broken. Called and ask advise from Stacey, suggested me to go wreckers and get spare parts and he will help me to get fix. I did exactly what he said, came back to get fix. Guess what, he didn't even charge me a penny to fix it. That's show, how humble and dedicated him towards the customer. You will never disappoint. Plus I always service my Hyundai IX35 here, which I always relay and trust him for the service. Thanks once again. Keep up the good job.

Took my car here to have a full overhaul when I purchased it. Several corners were cut. Ultratune completed a serpentine belt replacement and replaced the belt tensioner pulley with one that was faulty.

After a day of belt slip issues I spotted the pulley wobbling off balance and took the car back to be fixed properly.

The mechanics here tried to gaslight me into believing the pulley was still fine and refused to fix it. (It was wobbling and chirping)

Today I had premature serpentine belt failure. It burnt out due to friction from this pulley. Plus I'm going to have to do a tear down to ensure the timing belt job they also "replaced" is not in the same condition.

This mechanic will try rip you off. When I took the car back to be fixed properly. It sat in their Carpark all day without being touched (dash cam will vouch) then just called me up to say it was fine for them.

Have been going to ultratune kenwick for many years now with various vehicles and will continue to do so. Trusted mechanics and good pricing. Great team, great service.

My pan fall off of the car and make noise and I pass by Ultra Tune and the Manager Stacey help me a lot to put back the Pan and does not scratch the road again and Stacey let’s me go free. Thanks you so much for the great service Ultra Tune.

Very friendly staff, If there was something I didn't understand they were quick to explain it.
Their prices are pretty good too I definitely will be bring my car back to these guys, a very pleasant experience overall
