44We had a mechanical issue while traveling through Geraldton and stopped at Ultra Tune for help. How fortunate we were to have found this shop. Ian and his staff treated us honestly and with friendly respect. He made time in the busy schedule to fit us in and then expertly diagnosed a tricky transmission issue. They went above and beyond to fix it correctly and affordably. We are not local to Geraldton, and due to the serious nature of our repair, could have easily been taken advantage of. However, Ian took the time to explain all the possible ways, pros and cons, and costs of fixing our transmission. Ultimately the advice he gave was right on, and the cost was less than we expected. This is a business run expertly by real good people.
Just moved to Geraldton and I have now found my new regular mechanic. Service above and beyond what I expected. Impressive mechanical knowledge and great people. I can't say enough about the standard of service I received.

A great payment plan through openpay and the service to my car was amazing there was some much difference to when I took the car in to when I got it back and thank you so much they even cleaned my car over the moon thank you so much to the people at ultra tune you guys are the best and I will definitely be coming back for future repairs
