Staff were so nice, helped us out when we were unsure of what the issue was with our 4x4. Checked our battery and confirmed for us our issue. Offered to pay and he wouldn’t take anything from us. Amazing customer service

Honest and professional. Take a lot of care with car and customer. My brakes drums had gone and I needed a couple of weeks to save they offered free of charge to come in at any time and keep brake fluid topped up just to make sure I was safe.highly recommend.

My ute is second hand and has a few mechanical repairs needed to make her reliable. Ultra Tune Geraldton have been very good with advice on what needs to be a priority and what can be put off for another visit. They understand when I said I need to spread the repairs out to be able to afford it. Great service and great people to deal with.

We pulled in unannounced because our car was leaking diesel, we were afraid we wouldn't make it home to Perth. The friendly mechanic was able to diagnose the problem on the spot and perform a temporary fix - enough to get us home. Definitely recommend, top service.

Steve Pidgeon explained every detail and fixed another company's stuff-up (their review is pending the outcome of my official complaint). My Troopy now steers correctly and the wheels are balanced. Great people, great service.

Whilst travelling to Shark Bay we blew an air bag in our rear shock absorber. We stopped at Ultratune Geraldton not knowing what the problem was. Although they where very busy Ian at Ultratune said that they would have a look but wouldn't have time to fix the problem. After diagnosing the problem Ian rang around to find the part. Mercedes wanted $2100 for the part so he kept ringing around and eventually found the same part for $400. He had the part air freighted to Geraldton. Ian and his team came in on Saturday to repair my car. They also allowed me to use the workshop to park my boat in overnight, so that it was secure and gave me a courtesy car to use. This turned out out to be a great experience. Thanks to the whole team, for going above and beyond and helping me and my family.

Really good service and extremely efficient. We are travelling across Australia and had our van booked in for a general service before we head back to the East Coast. Although the whole town had a black out due to the cyclone. Theresa was able to fit us in the next day when power came back on. They replaced everything that needed to be replaced and gave us a list of all items they checked and their condition. Thank you for making us feel confident and safe to drive the van for the rest of our trip:)

I've been to ultra tune 3 times now and I've found the staff to be competent. Ian really goes in-depth when explaining what work they did on the car.

No mechanic on duty on a Saturday morning in Geraldton, but Ian was terrrific. Obviously knew a lot about cars and was able to talk us through it and address our concerns. Thanks

Just another over priced lack luster mechanic.no different than the long list of other Rip off Merchants in Geraldton. Customer beware of the fake smiles & phony public relation's BS.
