Matthew gave the friendliest & most accommodating service even when it was over 40°C! He presented very professionally. He & his business we clean & welcoming. He serviced the car quickly & did not push anything unnecessary. It was great value compared to others. They even cleaned the windscreen! I will be back for sure.

After taking my vehicle there and them servicing it, the wrench light was on and they handed the vehicle over like that knowing full well it was on. Considering i have never seen the light before the service the guy plays dumb and says he doesnt know what it could be… turns out they have knocked the 4x4 knob amd buggered the short circuit to the battery. They installed the new part off their backs only after i had to spend the money for the part that should never had needed fixing.

Poor knowledge and equipment identifying illuminated lights on the dash. Disappointing

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! These guys really care about their customers. Matt went over and above helping me with an unexpected Electical issue.
He was kind, friendly and took the time to explain the issue. He arranged a new part and installation and was able to get me back on the road again without booking an appointment. He has 100% earned my trust and future business!

Had my cars serviced here for a few years now. Matt has always done an excellent service at a great rate and been accommodating. Very trustworthy mechanic that i would recommend highly. Hasn't once said my flux capacitor needed replacing or anything

Had mates car for 4 wks could not fix car. Car had snapped 3 wheel studs took the wheel hub (left car at ultra tune) to automasters kelmscott fixed the wheel hub and put new studs in then took wheel hub back to ultra tune only to have them say it was no good so picked up car on a trailer took it to automasters kelmscott and had it back on the road in 3 hours

Im very happy with their service and totally recommend it.
A problem that other mechanic couldn't find and was trying to charge me $1500 for a guess and a possible fix, Matt took the car for a drive and quickly identified the problem, that by the way was different and turned out to be a lot cheaper from what the other "curious" mechanic was "guessing" and trying to replace, the car was fixed on that very same day and the car now drives beautifully
