Needed a much needed full service, Friendly service, thank god for the loan vehicle as I had 4 kids to collect during school hrs. Matthew was great, had to get two new rear tyres which he did for me, as I was going on a long distance trip from Perth to Geraldton, and, the car drove brilliantly, overtaking now the cars pick up is fantastic, so thankful. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! These guys really care about their customers. Matthew is a superstar and again, went above and beyond to get me back on the road! He is always kind, friendly and treats you like a human.
My car needed a new starter motor and was towed to his shop late on a Thursday evening. He diagnosed and quoted on the spot and was honest about when he could fit me in - being a week before Christmas he was fully booked, but said he would do his best to help me out.
The very next day, he called me and said my car was ready.
He has 100% earned my trust and future business!

This is my one go-to mechanic! Matt is amazing and does not charge “girl tax” he is always consistent in his approach and never makes me feel stupid. Came here for my routine service at the recommendation of someone else's dad. Couldn't be happier. Matt is lovely, with excellent customer service skills. He wasn't condescending and explained things casually. It was a great price for the service, but I would come back for the customer service alone. If you're worried about getting stitched up with your car, I recommend coming here.

Spoke to and dealt with Matt at the front desk, he was refreshingly honest and upfront about all costs and charges. Was able to drop off my car and he looked after me from the get go and communicated really well throughout the entire week. Will be coming back for sure!
