Ultra Tune Bentley

I called ahead to ask if they would have time to fix a tyre with a slow leak. John said to bring it straight down and he'd fix it on the spot. He was so friendly and down to earth, He had it in the worktop. I didn't want to hover over him the whole time so I took myself outside to sit on the curb. No later then 4 or 5 minutes and he had fixed it all! He even gave me a birthday discount which made my day! I feel john and his team are very honest and up front, I wouldn't hesitate having my car serviced or repaired there again. Thanks John!

Iv taken my car to bentley ultra tune for some time now, John is a great guy Friendly and very honest and doesn't beat around the bush, like some other machines, best part is its not over priced, I definitely recommend ultra tune bentley for all your mechanical needs and advice.

Really good. Sensing the urgency they fitted my job in with 20 minutes notice on a Friday afternoon and had it done within 2 hours. Price was good and service pleasant.

Nice Manager. Took my car to be serviced had some other repairs needed to. Service got done but the other repairs were neglected. Took my car back to have the neglected repairs fixed didnt have the part required. Took my car home while part was ordered. Took my car back when part arrived got a call to say the work shop was a man short wouldn't be able to finish job on car that day. Got a call the next day to say they had found another issue when they went to fit the part. Had to wait another day for part to arrive and be repaired. Got the call to go pick up my car. Got the car still had neglected to fix a tail light bulb as requested and oil change requested still flashing on my dash. Not a happy customer won't be going back there.

Went in for replacement of inside door handle and a bulb for headlight.had to pay $307.5.felt like they are ripping off so just wanted to aware people.

The EGR cleaning has made such a difference to the cars overall performance and is now different car to drive.

My parents were treated DISHONESTLY. Told their car needed brakes urgently and when checked by another mechanic next day found out they were closer to new than worn out? ! And they were charged for parts they didn't approve they got a bigger bill than expected when they collected their car. They will never return to this shady business. How does the owner sleep at night? WHO ELSE has been taken advantage of? Disgusting treatment of the elderly. SHAMEFUL. We will be taking this up with head office.

I went there for my vx commodore ls1 rear main seal replacement required.i paid $650. I checked again after coming home, it was worse than before there was too much oil on the floor in 15 minutes.
When I went there second time, they said *Cam Sensor* replacement is required.another $300 i paid. When I went there again they said that there is high pressure in the engine we cant fix it. They give me a phone number for another place. I went to another place they told me * Rear main seal * incorrectly installed, * Cam Sensor * incorrectly installed.silicone squeezed into a new Cam Sensor. I went ultratune again I said to them that everything you did was wrong, I showed them reports and faulty parts. I paid $ 1000 for this. It is not true. What can we do about this? They said to me that we should talk to the owner of this place, and we will call you.after 3 day i went again. They told me same we will talk with owner bla bla bla. I will upload pictures and reports.
