Had a missfire in the car and the team fixed right away also took time to show me condition of the sparks and leads instead of saying words about the car I would understand definitely recommend

Great manager.however when I took my car to another mechanic they’ve seen a-lot of problem like the electric’s been snatched. Some parts inside were bent. Really disappointing as I’ve trusted the manager. They sugar coated me about some problems even though it needed fixing right away! And they have not filled out my logbooks for all the serviced that they’ve done.

I booked my car in to the workshop, and arrived as they were opening, the staff were very pleasant. The manager gave me their loan car, and I was off to work for the day. I had a call during the day telling me that they found a part faulty and asked if I wanted it changed. When I returned at the agreed time, my car was serviced and the cost was exactly what I was quoted. I am now recommending Ultra Tune Bentley to all my friends. Great service.

Bentley Ulltra tune is a honest and most helpful car service business. John helped me out in the car park one day when I broke my key. He came over to me fixed my key. He did not charge for his service. The next day he order a new key for me and programmed it and it cost less then the price quoted from the dealer. They also do good service on my car and I am never out of pocket for unexpected things.

Ultra Tune Bentley did a new car inspection for us. They were recommended to us when the RAC had a 2 week waiting list. Ultra Tune were able to do the inspection within 2 days.

Highly recommended! Log book service, brakes & filters.booked online, received confirmation courtesy call within an hour.confirmed desired booking date.all work explained thoroughly beforehand.john and the team are friendly and professional.
