The team made time on Christmas Eve to fit me in and change my alternator which allowed me to take the car on holidays. On the way to drop off the car at the workshop I broke down on the freeway and they went above and beyond to drop off a replacement battery. Once the car was dropped off they had it finished in no time. Absolute lifesavers and I highly recommend using them. Thanks again!

I had visit this branch today to inspect my company vehicle, white Toyota hiace and the main guy at the counter was so rude to me. Made fun of me and also was very unprofessional when I clearly did not know how ultra tune works. Hope some serious repercussions are taken after this because I really felt very offended to be very honest.

I had a last minute Engine light appear 2 days before Christmas, I didn’t live locally but was working locally - so I emailed the details found online asap late in the evening and had a response back at 7am the next morning. The team offered for me to drop my car in the same day for diagnostics and repairs. I had RAC already diagnose so this was helpful to give to the team. I dropped my car in and had a great experience with regular communication and advice. It’s hard not to feel like you’re being “ripped off” as a female taking your car to the mechanic but I can honestly say I didn’t feel like I was being taken for a ride and the costs were well justified. Will definitely consider taking my car here in the future for servicing requirements! Thanks guys I really appreciate it.

These guys are the best with a quick service. Upfront with any additional cost prior to leaving my car their. Once service was completed. Called with issues they found, and quotes to get it all fixed. Fast at repairs. No pushy, No hidden cost and explained things that was easy to understand.

Never had an issue with these guys. Actually reasonable for their services. Was quoted $110 for a handbrake adjusting at the ultra tune in Cannington but the belmont guys said $65.

Belmont ultra tune will be my go to mechanic for all mechanical issues.
