Always straightforward and professional; great at accommodating me around my schedule. I had a recurring engine light issue from a previous service, where the staff at Ultratune were able to help resolve it at no extra cost on the same day. They offered me an open explanation of the problem and offered me options to get it sorted.

Awsome bunch of guys down at ultra tune port Kennedy, John an Dave go out of there way for you, they give you good advice on stuff you may need for the job an what to do an what not to do for the task, and if they can’t help you they would always recommend other people that can help you fix the problem, I’ve taken all my family’s cars down there for the last 10 years since we’ve lived here in Perth, an there’s never been a disappointment with them. Love this service centre! Had my trucks service done at an ahg centre. So when i was quoted over $1400 for a oil sweat, gearbox mount replacement and front brake replacement I rang these guys to get a second opinion. They told me to come down straight away! No appointment, and they would have a look over the list of recommendations given from AHG centre. They said my brakes were fine and would last another six months with easy driving. The gearbox mount looked brand new and nothing wrong with it, and the oil sweat, they said it not major but will eventually get worse, when you see leaks on your garage floor bring it in and we'll fix you up. They quoted me just under $1000 for all three jobs. So a $400 saving. The staff are straight up no B. S for a quick buck. They give you good honest opinions and willing to go the extra mile.
