Ultra Tune

DO NOT USE ULTRA TUNE, especially if you're a woman. My partners car had over heating issues. Ultra tune tried to fix the problem. The next time she drove the car it over heated. Ultra Tune didn't try and fix the problem. Instead they chose the wait 6 days to even diagnose the issue. They over quoted the work by 30% compared to other mechanics in the area. Ultra tune intimidated her, took their time to look at the car let alone fix the car and in the end over quoted her by 30%. Ultra Tune made her feel that intimidated that she couldn't even pick the car up by herself in the end (without problem being fixed). Never bring our cars here ever again.

Danny is an asset to this place, awesome service all through. Love the video walkthrough, it really helped me understand what was actually wrong with the car

I'd been having issues with my headlights (loose wire on the left). When both headlights went out we thought it was a loose wire again as the globes were only changed 7 months ago. PK Ultra Tune managed to squeeze me in for a quick check. They ensured the wiring is in tact. Everything all good, left with new globes lighting my way. Great customer service. Very happy and will definitely be back.

Had a general service. Picked the car up and had trouble starting. Instead of taking another look, they told me to see an autosparky. Turned out to be a fuel filter they didn't install correctly.

Very satisfied. Friendly, professional, prompt and cost competitive. Will definitely revisit for the next services.
