Always good recommendations for tyres from the folks at Tyrepower. They gave prompt service on two cars at a rush and were careful to ensure all tyres were examined and replaced with suitable tyres for our usage.

Although they were too busy and fully booked for days, the lady at the front desk still made me feel like I was welcome. I went away feeling I still got great service. Well done, that's how a prospective customer wants to be treated!

In the most tumultuous of times this country has seen, it was an absolute “breath of fresh air” to attend Tyrepower Ellenbrook today and be greeted with more preventative social distancing measures than I have seen put in place by any business or institution. There was a relaxed, designated safe zone for customers and staff and the hyper vigilance in keeping patrons, vehicles and staff safe were second to none. Such peace of mind and assurance while having the urgent work done to my car. The proprietors and staff have set an incredibly high bench mark in keeping business, customers and the community safe at this time.

Normally awesome service here, but today spent nearly 2 hours there waiting for a job i was told was less than an hour. During my wait told multiple times incorrect info about when it would finish and caused me to be late for a meeting. A shame as I know the owner runs a great business but on this visit, the communication of his staff was poor.

I've been dealing with Ellenbrook Tyrepower for over 10 years now. In that time I have always received professional service and advice, and again recently when I received above and beyond 5 star service.
