Tyrepower Ellenbrook

I chose this business because of all the positive 5 star reviews - well that was a mistake. My mechanic said I needed to replace 2 front tyres. Went to Tyrepower in Ellenbrook in Aug 2023 (and just in case they say they have no record, the invoice is 140512), the young man that attended to it said I needed to replace all 4 tyres as they were all worn out, I said I would return for the other 2 at a later date. Booked in to have the remaining 2 replaced 10 Jan 2024 and Tyrepower in Ellenbrook said they'd sold them apparently just before I arrived (waited 30 min to be informed of this as they switched the tyres around checking out the tyres again) - no problem, just poor customer service. Now this is where I really get angry - I approached another tyre business on 18 Jan 2024 hoping they would have the tyres I wanted and they did (cheaper), arrived to have them replaced and they were HONEST enough to tell me I have at least another 4 mths of wear left on the tyres that were supposedly worn out in August 2023. NOW EITHER TYREPOWER IN ELLENBROOK ARE DISHONEST OR THEIR STAFF KNOW NOTHING ABOUT TYRES, - TYREPOWER HAD CHECKED OUT THE TYRES TWICE AND STILL PLANNED ON SELLING ME TYRES I DIDN'T NEED - EITHER WAY THEY NEED A GOOD KICK UP THE ARSE. - BUYER BEWARE. Just had another car service done on 24 Jan 2024 and again told that the remaining tyres shouldn't need replacing until winter.

Excellent service. I got four tyres for my wife recently fitted balanced plus mags. Couldn't fault them. Great service, attention to detail and very price competitive. Will shop there again.

Prices are good and the staff are lovely, went in to get tyres balanced and rotated, but there is no wheel weights on the back tyres only the fronts, which is quite a shame really

The team were very friendly, they price matched and were very competitive on the costs. They were even willing to pick me up when I mentioned the bus to collect my car would be over an hour (I only live 10 mins away, just lack of buses mid day)

The service I received from the crew was probably the best service I have had ever.

Went above and beyond to fix my alignment issues and provide correct fitting tyres on short notice. Picked up my spare wheels from my house and gave me a lift back and that is just the start of how they helped me.

Have used tyre power ellenbrook for about 7 years now give or take and I would not consider going anywhere else.

I have been using Tyrepower Ellenbrook for approx 9 years. I'm a driving instructor and my cars and tyres need servicing and tyres changed regularly. The pricing is very fair, the service outstanding. Sad to hear Dean is retiring. Best wishes for the future mate.

This is my go to mechanic and a place for my tyres. The owners are wonderful people who look after my car so well, I could never go elsewhere. The service at the counter and on the phone is always great, with a hint of humour that is well received. Best place to bring your car in Ellenbrook.

The standards are slipping! I have been going for years and the service has always been very good. This time I was told one price on the phone for two new tyres, then a very different (higher) price when I arrived. When I pointed this out, I was told with a condescending tone that I was incorrect and must have misheard on the phone. I am disappointed that a mistake on their end was trying to be turned around into a mistake on my end. I would recommend getting all quotes over the phone confirmed in writing. When I refused to agree that I had misheard, I was asked to leave the premises, which I did, and I shall gladly never return.

Tammy and Dean are awesome. Helped us out when we needed it, and managed to squeeze me in on a Saturday, one of their busiest days. Really appreciate the service and help - always go to Tyrepower Ellenbrook
