I’ve been buying all my beef, pork and lamb from Troy’s Meats for years. I can’t even remember when was the last time I bought these from anybody else, since the very first time buying from him. He is THE butcher who really knows what he’s selling, he is your Go-to butcher if you truely love meat.

He stocks many different cuts of Australian Wagyu Beef, Angus Beef and Grass Fed Beef, with marble scores ranging from MB2 to MB9+. Just after regular beef, pork or lamb? No problem! Look him up on Facebook and you’ll find what he has to offer each week. One thing I found convenient is I can place my order via Facebook Messenger when buying bulk and the best thing is it is made to order in vacuum packs. He also stocks different rubs and sauces at the shop, very convenient.
