Went to Troy's meat for the first time today and got some scotch fillet and cheese burger sausages. So far.yum! The best meat and sausages we've ever had. Thank you guys. Definitely telling our friends about you.

Real go to for good quality products and their jalapeno and cheddar sausages are a real bonus.

Best butcher in Perth. For low and slow bbq they are unmatched. I've worked my way through brisket, Boston butts, their sausage selection, beef short ribs, lamb shoulder and even the beef fat for making tallow. I was also given a free tray of beef sausages when I asked about a promotion that had sold out earlier that day. Oh and the reverse sear cut's are the bomb.

It was the twice annual lads trip and my proposed dish was slow cooked (8 hr) lamb shanks atop a creamy parmesan mash. Well the lads rated it as possibly the best meal they’ve ever enjoyed. Troy’s hindquarter shanks were HUGE, and packed with beautiful juicy lamb. I’ve never seen shanks like em before. One each was ample.

The butterflied boneless lamb leg I soaked in a greek marinade overnight for kebabs was first class too. Pleasantly surprised by the price, quality, service and advice. The lads are ready for another getaway just for my glorious lamb. Kudos to the team, customer for life.

I don't need to go to any other butchers anymore. Got my wagyu fix right here. Best value for the quality of meats they have.

If you're looking for somewhere that sells great quality meat this is it. Position of the place though is a little awkward.

Always good range and quality. Never have had a bad cut, prices are great!

Top quality meat! Discovered this by chance and the quality of the meat is just amazing. The prime rib eye brings grown men to tears and the burger mince is second to none.

Excellent quality meat at reasonable prices. Wide selection of high quality meat for low and slow barbecue.

Very disappointed with the baby back ribs. There is little to no meat. Most of the racks were not worth smoking they were so small and thin.

We also bought a brisket which appears okay.

Have been coming to Troy's for years now and have never been disappointed. The quality and diversity of meat is amazing, from pork ribs to beef tri tip all the way up to high grade Wagyu. Make sure you check out his Facebook page for the weekly items list and orders as it does change week to week.

Quality is next level, most recently tried the burger mince and it was amazing. Won't be able to go out for burgers now as they won't stack up to Troys
