Tropical Twist / Explorasaurus reviews
49Chaos. Big kids running riot in the little ones areas. Understaffed. And everyone has paid off the hygene like wearing socks or not taking food into the pens. Worst of all it's the adults leading the charge. I guess all the printed signs in the world are not enough, and there are plenty of them. Not to mention it is pretty expensive.
Not bad for a play centre. Food is served quickly which is good when you’ve got hungry kids, good place to chill out after school
Great entertainment venue for kids to play and adults to hang out. Lots of fun and wonderful owners and staff
Terrible customer service manager didn't seem to speak English when faced with a questions said "this makes me sad! " customer service is very poor, says one thing then when there's proof they change and say something else they change what they are saying.
Disgusting place never will I be back here!
Great place for kids, but they should call it Arctic Twist - it was freezing inside for the hour we were there.
Perfect for a good wet weather run around. Keep the kids busy for a couple of hours. We loved the Soccer nets and ball pit!
Great for kids. Overpriced in food for its quality, but they gotta make their money somehow. Try BYO if you can.
Not very good play ground but there toilets are absolutely disgusting water or wee everywhere never gets cleaned!
After calling to confirm open hours & requirements. We drove 30 minutes and we informed upon entry our child requires socks to play, as a safety precaution from sharp objects. We had to pay $4 for a pair of socks 3 sizes to big. Only to see almost all the kids with no socks playing in the play ground. Staff were unapologetic that they did not inform us of these rules when I rang. Disappointing!
