What an amazing place. Came here with The Hangout Dianella vacation care centre and the children loved it.
The coffee was delicious. I've been to 99% of adventure playgrounds and this one is one of my favourite
Friendly staff, clean playspace and the adventure playground is very fun
Will come again

No host for the party, boss/manager was no help, 3 pieces of pizza, 3 pieces of fish fingers? And 4 mini sausage rolls for a party of 10 kids, It was chaos fighting over the food. Very disappointed would not recommend.

We went there twice over the last few days both times closed or at capacity due to school groups. They could of said they were booked out the day before. I couldn't see anyone there and the opening times on there website are incorrect. I'm not bothering again.

Since the new management take over this place, we never see any couch close to the playground anymore and also we went there 2 times but the evaporator cooler doesn't on at every place especially on kids play site, I'm so sorry to see all kids are sweating and it's not good, they could have dehydration situation, and the management put this as a risk. Not recommended if I can come this place again, not surprising the place is not busy.thanks

Just spent a 45mins drive with two young children to Tropical Twist only to be turned away at the at the opening time due to the place being booked out for a school.
Apparently bookings are not needed prior to entry and with no notifications of the situation we had no way of knowing.
Staff was very nonchalant and didn’t seem to care less.
Very disappointing for my family and the family of others who were also turned away.
We will not be returning.

Great space to let the kids, the cafe food is good size for the price. Can get crowded but I try to go early! Always fun for the kids!

New management is poor found a hair in the fairy bread premises not clean and staff not friendly

Cheap and cheerful, grandkids had a ball, got a platter for 6 but it was mostly wedges so bought extra nuggets and chips.

Perfect place for kids and adults. Nice big playground and good flat white coffee. Also the staff are really friendly.

Went today. Public Holiday after Australia Day. Paid extra as it was a public holiday. It was very disappointing. The +8 play equipment was closed off as I assume that some was damaged. It was very hot and the aircan wasnt doing a lot to cool the play area, both my kids were flagging after about 40 minutes as it was so hot. A lot of the other equipment cars etc that the 4 year old was using had parts broken off i.e. Steering wheels etc.it all looked a bit in need of some TLC

We went there on the weekend for my daughters birthday party. 13 people who went to that party (adults and kids) got gastro. Will not be returning. We understand germs can spread easily but they obviously don’t have high standards for cleanliness for that many people tofall I’ll. Also the owner she was lovely but the manager he was so rude.

Fantastic place for the kids to play. Staff were nice and the place seemed clean. We came on a weekday and it was very quiet. Highly recommended.

Love tropical twist so do my boys and friends.we always have our kids birthday party there the food is nice, the staff are awesome friendly as always place is clean we always get looked after i give them a 5 star i have recommended to all my friends and they love it there also

Disappointed with the state of cleanliness and lack of supervision. Great place 15 or more years ago. It's now in need of a clean up and spruce up to bring it back to its former glory.

Had my kids birthday party herr this past weekend. Such a great experience. The kids and parents just loved the place. Great staff and great coffee! Very neat and tidy.

Wonderful place for kids, so many things to do from toddlers to juniors. Its our third visit and definitely will come back again soon. Deals on Groupon is great, just $5 for a day (only per child and adults are free). Restaurant is big enough, and separate area for birthday party's. Overall the best place to see your kids playing and enjoying and having great fun.

My kids had a lovely time at Tropical Twist. Enjoyed a great cappuccino and the huge play area kept the kids busy.

It's awesome that kids under 1 are free. But, to be honest, the carpet in the toddler area is not clean, even a bit smelly. I'm not sure if I would want to my little one crawl on it. Bigger kids are occupying the toddler area, running around and throwing big fitness balls to each other. Probably won't take my son back until he can play in bigger kids' area

Great place for kids and a fun little obstacle course.
They have fox sports for adults and a little cafe

Wouldn't go here again unless with nephews
But great place to go to as a kid
