TRA Vinh Vietnamese Restaurant reviews
71Good vietnamese traditional foods, specialize in phở and lovely búng bò Huế used to eat búng bò huế everytime i come to this place.
Best pho in perth.always busy.their menu also includes more unusual items like salted lemon drink.service can be hit n miss.
After reading the reviews and decide to give this a place try, I thought that the food was actually OK and pretty much standard Vietnam fare.
Paid around $60 for 3 pork chop with broken rice, one ox tail soup, one beef soup and one fried chicken.
The service staff behind the counter could also understand the English I was speaking and could take my orders. Guess I was handsome. She was quite good looking as well: p
It was packed when we got in at around 7pm last night. We didn't wait long as there were only 4 of us. Pho on a cool night was just perfect.
Best Vietnamese noodles in Perth city. Opens all day from morning till 10pm! Nice pricing as well. Add $1.50 to get extra noodles! It's so worth. Very flavorful and yummy!
Bad service. Really rude. And poor English thats hard to understand. Waiting around half an hour for hofen. The female manager behind desk with the worst attitude. Dh
Used to frequent this place often until one tragic incident.
One of the staff dropped a plate of fried wantons on the floor, picked it up and looked at my table to see if we saw it. OBVIOUSLY WE DID? If we didn't, they were probably going to just serve us those wantons? Then they came over and assured they will make a new batch. When it was served, we didn't touch them. SUCH HORROR THAT THEY ACTUALLY CHECK IF WE SAW WHAT HAPPENED?
This place probably need better lighting. It's so dark and smells murky. Probably to cover them cutting corners in everything.
Absolutely disgusted.
WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.
Disappointing. The service wasn't very welcoming. The Pho is better elsewhere, quite salty. Plus they don't give tap water you need to buy water. And a surcharge on payment. Not a good way to leave an impression on leaving.
Portion was huge. Taste of beef pho and oxtail soup was good. Impressed with the quality of meat and the generous serving. One of my favourite Vietnamese restaurant in Perth!

Used to be really good, but the broth has dropped off somewhat. Lacks the boney depth. Their sliced beef in the pho was awesome though.
The pho never disappoints. It's always so comforting. Also, can't miss the spring rolls - crispy and amazing
The service and food were both unsatisfactory. Yes the prices were good but the quality of food did not even justify these cheap prices. When I asked the server for some water (as one usually does at a restaurant) she tried to make me buy a bottle of water and when I asked if I could just have a glass of tap water she said that "they do not do that here". Very disappointing.
Not as good as what I remembered it. Also they didn’t offer us tea and told us they don’t do tap water so we had to buy expensive bottled water. It will be while until I go back there. The fried egg was nice but the nuoc cham was very dilute and the pork lacked any real flavour.
This is one of the best Vietnamese restaurant in Perth. All the pho selections are mouth wateringly good! (ordered a raw beef and beef tendon Hofan soup). I ALWAYS DRINK ALL THE SOUP! (Maybe I am addicted to it)
Service is quick and prices are reasonable.
Only reason I don't visit this restaurant more often is due to the parking nightmare in Northbridge.
I paid over $45 for two main dishes - goat and squid - and somehow couldn’t discern between the two. Pallid, watery and flavourless. No word of a lie, we packed each into its container and gifted the meal to a man in a sleeping bag on a bench. Uncertain as to whether I might be ruining or improving his night, I added a little baggy of weed - so he could stomach it.
Great viet food. Prices are the average for the area, but very tasty meals & quick service. Have been coming here for years! Their pho is amazing
The Ox Tail soup here is a thing of beauty. Rich in colour and depth of flavours, the combination of meat, tofu, noodles and various other fantastic flavours and textures is something everyone should try once (if not a million times)
The food is delicious and prices is reasonable BUT the service level by one staff is low enough for us not to return.
Good for Vietnamese noodles and of course their popular ice coffee and other special Vietnamese style sweet drinks. Always come back for the noodles.
Well, can't say nothing good. Went there and throw up at home after combo soup.never eat something like this.
