Great store, I love going to this store whenever I get the chance to, a lot of stuff to buy and the prices a really good, I'll be trying to go a lot more often cause it's honestly a great shop

First things first. It's not a very accessable store due to the stairs you have to climb to inside. Now I don't know how much is bootleg but alot of the pins, charms and stickers are obvious bootlegs. They look like stuff you could easily buy off of AliExpress for way cheaper. I remember it honestly being alot better when I was younger but I feel like over times it's kinda just gotten worse. Like I get the shop owners are trying but it's not a good look when you're obviously selling bootleg items with stolen art. Go here if you want. I'm not stopping you but just please keep this in mind.

This is the sweetest shop ever.it has great prices on high quallity goods.the stock is always changing and the owners always listen to requests/advice.there are sales and discounted sections ontop of low prices.unfortunately i dont get to go into the city often, however every time i have its been to visit this shop.they sell stickers, badges, metal pins, posters, card covers, bookmarks, post cards, figures, snacks, iron on + sew on patches, keychains, sketchbooks, lego builds, etc.all of these items are themed around anime or games such as genshin impact, lucky star, sanrio, my neighbour totoro, my hero academia, haikyu, vocaloid (particularly hatsune miku), bandori, toilet bound hanoko kun, danganronpa etc.it has beautiful authentic figures that are sold very cheaply.last time i went i even picked up a rem figure for 16 dollars.it was authentic and a good size! (though this was during a sale and not standard price i believe) the owners deserve the world and are so sweet to all customers.one time she accidentally undercharged me while ringing me up and when i pointed it out she gave me and my friend free cold ramune drinks as it was hot out.ive rambled for a long time but thats just because i truely love this store and it is a must visit in perth! Even if you dont find something you like the first time (which you will), as stock is always changing and there is always new franchises that different customers have recommended, youre sure to find something another time!

Known this place since I was 12, to say I don't have a bias because of nostalgia would be a lie but also to say Tokyo UnderG wasn't warm and welcoming, the owners not kind and always giving their all these past 10 years, would also be a lie.

I came here looking for some KPOP merch and they do not sell any except for some BTS stickers. I stayed past the closing time and the owners were so nice they waited patiently instead of rushing anyone so although I didn’t get what I was looking for the people working there were very nice

I went to this place under the impression it would have official anime merchandise like figurines and such so I rated it average for my personal visit. If you're looking for can badges, keychains, stickers, and stands; all which mostly consist of fanart, then I definitely encourage you to come to this place. This is an ita bag owners dream come true.

Came here looking for some figures, but there's a lot of counterfeit goods and very uncomfortable atmosphere.

I love this place! It's so nice to see a family owned business.personally I'm a big fan of the sanrio and pusheen stuff, I own a cinnamon roll pusheen which was 20 dollars more at other places! This is an amazing store, and spacious.the owners are very sweet too-did not have the money by a few cents and owners were happy to pay the difference <33 support yr local businesses!

Went down a couple of weeks ago to buy some stickers and I accidentally stayed past the closing time. The family that runs the business didn’t rush me or tell me they were closed, they were incredibly friendly and helpful as always. Absolutely love the store and the range of products they carry (so many cute plushies, keychains, dining-ware, stickers) but the customer service I receive from this store is always above and beyond!
Much love for this business and I’ll definitely be back for more stickers! <3

Please do not go here. This is well known bootleg store and I'm seriously disappointed that people keep buying things from here.
