Tippy's Pizza

Very disappointing, in more than one area unfortunately.

Very poor communication skills displayed by the girl that took my order.

She didn't confirm what I had ordered, or provide me with the total. She also wouldn't take phone payments.

Very poor quality and order accuracy.

All my pizzas were wrong, the quality was rather lackluster and somehow a garlic bread had been added along with quite a few prawns - neither of which I had ordered.

Surprises can be lovely, but not in this instance I'm afraid, especially so as one of my family members can't tolerate certain seafood items.

Overall, it was a negative experience with a slice of danger in the form of the prawn addition.

Bbq chicken pizza was average. Make sure you check the expiry dates on their drinks, brought a 1.25 pasito and realised it had expired on the 29th July this year when we got home. Also had to wait 30 mins

They've got my vegan pizza order down pat. Last evening two customers ahead of me ordered about 8 pizzas each. Mine was still ready about 10 minutes later. Lots of tasty ingredients.

Fantastic for vegetarians, a small Pizza was just the right amount for 1 person and really tasty without needing garlic or chilli.

I have now ordered twice now from this place and both times they have got my order wrong, pizza is AMAZING but when it comes down to drinks it's like a lucky dip.

First order: I asked for one 1.25ltr coke and got a can!

Second order: I asked for two 1.25ltr coke's and i got one.

The little things count and they matter your pizza is great, but if I pay for two 1.25ltr coke's that's what i want Not one or a can.

Good base, crispy crust. Solid sauce. Quality cheese. Friendly cool delivery dude.

Forget Dominos cheap and penny pinching toppings so you dont get one tiny anchovy over and above the "how to make a Dominos pizza to maximize profits for the corporate entity" manual. Get a REAL pizza from Tippys Kelmscott. It's where the locals go. Sensational range including the Ned Kelly, Satay Chicken and my favourite, the Works with double cheese, Tippys have a "Titanic" size pizza that seriously doesn't fit through the door it's so big.

Absolutely amazing pizza. I've now had both delivery via Menulog and picked up from Tippy's and both times it was on time and incredible tasting. I highly recommend the 'house-name' pizza, called 'Tippy's'. I found the venue practically empty on a Saturday night, but still friendly service when I came in to do a pick-up. It's now my must-go venue for a special pizza.

One of the worst pizzas i have received from what has been a good pizza shop.it was good to be given an extra pizza and garlic bread to make up for not having a family size how ever the standard has dropped

If I could give 0 stars I would.ordered pizza at 16: 15 and delivery was estimated to be at 16: 45 when it wasn't I was thinking fair enough they only opened at 16: 30 so I was expecting it to take longer. I was not expecting 90 minutes. Then I called and asked where it was and was told it would be there in 15 minutes and the manager advised me 'like I told you' I had not spoken to him at any point previously. Pizza came we said something to the driver and he basically told us he didn't care. Rang the manager again to discuss this and was told he wasn't apologising as he told us it would be there in 15 minutes and it was mind you I had to call him after 90 minutes to ask where the hell it was so no mate it didn't arrive in 15 minutes. I received no courtesy of being called and told it was running late. The delivery driver employed by them allegedly didn't show up until 5: 30 but I was not notified of this while waiting the 90 minutes with hungry kids. I understand things happen and I would have not given this review if I wasn't treated with such amazingly poor customer service.

Tippys makes awesome pizzas the best in the Southern Hemisphere. It can be incredibly busy though and human error can on rare occasions result in mix ups. It deserves a 10 star rating based on the taste. But yes its so popular that the phones run red hot so get in early. The drivers can not be expected to make more than 3 deliveries per hour each.

Not overly impressed. No greeting as you walk in. Ask to order 2 small pizzas to be told only large or family size. Then can't get one of the orders right. The pizza that was correct tasted ok.

Great quality pizza and generous servings, service is friendly can be a bit of delay around the lunch rush but that's expected for a top quality pizza!

The pizza sampled tonight had dough on par with a frozen pre-made type you would buy at the grocery store. Also would have preferred fresh chilli rather than chilli flakes. Edible, but it's unlikely we'll go back for more.

Great tasting, fresh and superior quality. Wonderful friendly staff too! Placed a large delivery order last week and arrived steaming hot and on time. Love the pizzas at Tippys

Pizza is usually very good but I called tonight at 7: 45 and was told that they are not accepting any more orders for delivery as they have too many already. Really Tippy's? I order a pizza from you every Saturday night without fail, you don't close for another hour and forty five minutes, and I live on the same street as you. My baby is in bed so I can't collect, looks like I'll be going hungry tonight. I will not be ordering any more from your restaurant. You just lost yourselves a loyal and regular customer.

Saturday night and the phone has been engaged for the last 1 and a half hours, now closing time! Can't possibly give a good review for food that is impossible to order.
Seriously annoying lack of attention towards the needs/wants of customers!

The food was lovely and the pizza size is generous. The service was friendly and the order was ready quickly. My new favourite place!
