Tippy's Pizza

Placed an order for delivery and after it was over an hour late, called to ask where it was. The lady on the phone lied and said it was out for delivery and would be 15 minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes called back to be lied to again! Told this time the driver had just left, so I said you said he was on his way half hour ago. Phoned back half hour later again to say don’t bother delivering as I will pop down and pick it up myself. When I arrived to pick up my order they hadn’t even started making it, so how can it be out for delivery?

Terrible customer service. Staff think it’s ok to just take your money and blatantly lie to you about it.

So not only are they prepared to lie but also thieve your money from you! Not a great look for a business really.

We used to eat here a lot usually picking up our orders but this time we opted for delivery and basically nearly got scammed, so for that reason we will not be going back!

This place is a hidden gem for American style pizza. Delicious pizzas with lots of flavour and generous portions. Loved the pepperoni and bbq chicken pizzas. We will be back soon for more!

Overall the pizza & garlic bread were very good.
The store forgot to make our garlic bread & therefore we had to wait an additional 15 mins, leaving our pizzas to overcook.

Store was unaware of the family deal advertised online which included a garlic bread, when we raised the issue another customer mentioned they had ordered the same deal.

Thought I'd try Tippy's Pizza tonight, certainly wasn't disappointed.

Don’t bother the website doesn’t send through the orders and they never answer the phone. I have waited almost 2 hours. I even drove to tippys to get the order which they didn’t know for sure if it had gone out. When I said that it wasn’t a good look, the kid behind the counter just laughed at me. It was infuriating. Never again

I ordered a pizza with extra sausage and it was so big and flavoursome in my mouth. The pizza was extra creamy for some reason but it added to the delectable pizza. What I ate was not a pizza but a rizza

Bought a small sicillian pizza Tonight and wow was it delicious only thing I could say was wish I bought a larger one as it was so nice

Walked in, ordered a half and half pizza, waited about 12 minutes and had one of the best pizzas we have eaten in ages, light crispy crust, very generous toppings and definitely yum.

Anchovies on our pizza after specifically asking for them to NOT be on it. The rude woman who took the order then dismissed me as a liar when I complained.
No surprise the business is failing and for sale.

Perhaps the most disappointing pizza I've had in a while, the best thing I can say is at least it wasn't oily. Most especially they need to get a new source of pizza bases

Went to try local pizza Tippys! Tried ring for 15 minutes phone busy! Drive down there at 8.30 pm to be told they close at 8.30 pm Friday nights and they take the phone off the hook 15 mins before closing! Very sad wanted local but hours are not suitable hours!

Ordered a pick-up pizza. I was there in 10 mins and by the time I'd paid, it was only a 2 minute wait, chatting with the very friendly staff. The pizza was amazingly good.

Where do I begin? The moment I stepped foot into this joint (about 4.5 weeks ago), I was greeted loudly and passionately by Ashton. This fellow right here quite literally saved my life. After I ordered my dinner and consumed it within seconds, a storm of roughly 2000 bees charged me with no mercy. Obviously, I began to scream and shout like never before due to my head being stung dozens of times. Ashton miraculously dumped a bucket of water upon my head, frightening off the bees. I’m under the impression he has temporarily disaffected the local ecosystem as he would have destroyed thousands of bees, but without Ashton I would be 6 feet under FOR SURE. Please promote this super hero.

I wanted to support the buisness so I did not use a delivery app when I made my order as these take a cut from the restaurant. It turns out I was charged $15 dollars for a delivery on top of the cost of the pizza. I checked Tippy's website and menulog only charges $6 for delivery. If I order from Tippy's in future I will be ordering through a delivery app because a $15 delivery fee feels very steep, especially when a 3rd party app is not taking a cut from the buisness.

Super cute staff (especially diego) although his speech was brutally impaired and because of this my order was horribly wrong, it was a pleasure to meet such an unusual creature. I would go as far as saying this franchise is on the blokes bloody shoulders.good staff, good food, lub moins.

Shared a large pizza was very very nice staff very helpful. It was our first time there but i will not be our last thanks very much

We ordered Vegetarian Supreme Pizza, it was very tasty. We all loved it so much. Will definitely love to go every time.

Always like to have a few pizza bars I can eat in and this is one of them. I just love the spare ribs which are smoked on the premises. Always fresh and tasty quality ingredients put on their pizzas.

This is one of the most flavoursome pizzas that I have had. Traditional, not gourmet rubbish with pine nuts and hemp seeds. Crust was amazing and plenty of fresh toppings.
