Tiny's reviews
77Very nice bar tucked in a corner. Greatttt cocktails and good selections of wine. Love the burnt corn. Service was great!
An eclectic wine list, attentive service, chilled vibe and some really tasty food. What's not to love!? The $60 "chef decides" menu is great value and the restaurant allows conversation without needing to yell. Will be back soon. Who'd have thought carrots could taste that good.
It's a nice bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Taking 1 star away because their fries' quality is not consistent.
Love this place! Food on point and excellent wine list! Love how they always have some beautiful Mosel Riesling on the list. Have the chicken
Listen closely when old mate speaks or you will have no idea what your about to get for dinner if you order the $60 per head dinner deal. Be prepared to be hungry after too, even though the food is unreal, you'll need a couple scoops of Vanilla from cold rock to get you to sleep, no doubt about it.
A cute little bar grub joint nestled in the CBD. Loved the atmosphere and the food was a definite hit. The whitebait was perfectly crumbed and the chicken was delicious. Could do without the fat flatbread though. Pretty average. Aside from that, drinks were on point and I will love to try this again when they change up their menu.
We stopped in for a quick drink before dinner. The staff were really friendly and the drinks were great. I had a mocktail and it didn’t feel like I was missing out
Food didn't really impress at all. Not awful, but so much competition in Perth they really need to up their game.
We were a group of 8, booked Tiny’s for our colleague’s farewell. Firstly, we should commend on one of the male staff with short blond hair. He was courteous and attentive to our needs. On the other hand, chef (s) made us and our tommies very upset. 3 x fish got returned to the kitchen and got off our bill. 2 x chicken were not seasoned and all pink inside. Technically not edible. Entrees were acceptable. Hope recipes and food tastes get reviewed asap.
Nice place to have a double date or night out. Yummy cocktails selections and good price for the chef's tasting menu.
Been here six or eight times over the last few years - and always for the chicken. I rarely ever EVER each chicken going out, mostly because of this place. Don't know what it is but seems no-one else can cook chicken. And Tiny's reminds you of this fact like some annoying friend who is always right and wants to tell you about it. But you soon forget about that and just enjoy the chicken. On the flipside, eternally grateful the chicken is still on the menu after so long, and really like the asian sauce that has been on it for last 18 months but desperately DESPERATELY miss the chicken gravy it used to come with. Thinking about a 'Change Petition' to get it back.
Great to share Friday lunch with a colleague changing job roles. Skipped the Rooster Roll with Chips (others enjoyed it) and went straight for the Scallop Congee. Great flavours and a attentative dining experience.
The meal was so good I forgot to take any photos! Everything from the bread to the chicken were cooked to perfection. The surprise favourite of the night was the mushroom cigars, so creative! The chef even took the time to check on our nut allergy request. If you’re after a great atmosphere, wide selection of drinks and some delicious fusion food head to Tiny’s. We’ll be back:)
Great food (get the chicken!). The only thing is trying to find it. The branding is obscure. Looked at the sign for about 20 secs before realising it said 'tinys'. The signs from the outside are difficult to find. On purpose? Why?
Jerry Fraser was shucking oysters there which was amazing. Good crowd, Tried a few cocktails which were new and interesting. Very much liked. Will return.
Had their famous (per the media) chicken and what a let down! Overly salted and tasted bad. We could not finish it. I spoke to a couple of other people afterwards and they also had an average experience. Looks like someone in Media (West Australian) likes them. Service was fine. Not bad not great either.
Absolutely wowed by the experience we had at Tiny's last night. We arrived for our dinner booking and were greeted by such friendly staff.
We weren't sure what wine to order and the waitress who helped us first asked what food we were thinking about and helped us pair a bottle with our meal and it was spot on. The food service was amazing, and the dishes themselves were out of this world. The rotisserie chicken, while so simple, was so flavoursome and rich with textures.
The whole experience was so memorable thanks to amazing staff and amazing food.
Amazing experience! I can’t believe I forgot to take a picture of the chicken! Everything was stunning, food, drinks, venue, ambiance, service.you name it.
We order the “let us feed you”. As you can see, they did.
Excellent drink selection and cocktails were delicious. The starters were tasty especially the fish and the parfait. Didn't enjoy the larger dishes or dessert, the pork belly was cold and a little tough and the cauliflower and broccoli dishes weren't well balanced. We answered "most were ok" when the server enquired how our meals were but she didn't ask anything further so we didn't offer. Not a cheap night out so we were disappointed, but if we'd only had cocktails and starters it would be 5 star so give those a go for sure.
Absolutely wonderful. Such an amazing atmosphere and brilliantly attentive staff. We'll definitely be coming here again!
