I had a booking yesterday which I only booked the day before so there was no shortage of spots. I woke at 0300 of Friday morning vomiting which lasted to 1130 and I was feeling quite unwell. Contacted Timeless skin in the morning to let them know It is now Saturday I have been informed I will loose 50% of my booking. I tried to explain to them that my Grand daughter, my daughter my daughter in law and my son had all had this vomiting in the last 3 days so the potential for this virus, bug to spread was quite high and that is the reason I did not attend the clinic. I I
I gave six hours notice and had a very genuine reason for not making my appointment. I thought clinics advertised them selves as a caring business concerned for your well being. My voucher was from my son, daughter in law and my baby girl to say thanks for all I do for them leaves a bitter taste in your mouth when you have to deal with such an uncaring company and people

Jess blended my first Melli make up and it was so much fun! She is very knowledgeable about beauty and skin care. Highly recommended.

Where do I start, I'm really sorry to say that I did not enjoy my treatment today. So unprofessional and I was so looking forward to the whole experience.
I made an appointment today, upon arrival the door was closed with a backsoon sticker on it.
When the young girl arrived I noticed she was dressed with a short black mini skirt, blue casual blouse and thongs. Then to my surprise I realised she was performing my treatment and not Jessica whom I had booked with. I was given no explanation of why Jessica was not with me today. The "AHA Facial" consisted of a cleanse only, then with a solution applied by dry cotton round, thats it, then the microdermabrasion, application of the peel, cleanse off and an omnilux to which lasted just under an hour. The advert I paid for was for a half hour AHA facial, Microdermabrasion and Omnilux - which I paid an extra $60 for and was advised upon booking it would be around 1 1/2 hours.
The whole treatment was fluff and puff, no substance, the micro movements were all down the skin, down the forehead, down the cheeks, little tiny strokes and many of them. The cleanse was with one facewasher so light it left product on my skin and it had to be repeated 3 times.
To say I was disappointed for paying $160 for under an hour treatment performed by a very inexperienced therapist dressed in short black casual dress with thongs is such an understatement. What is going on with this.
Total waste of my money. A refund should be given. Will not be returning.

Jess looks after me every time I come in. She recommends the best products, my skin was so bad before and now my acne has pretty much disappeared. She shapes my eyebrows perfect & waxing is so much better than anyone else I've been too!

These girls are just so lovely and the despite being in the centre of the shopping complex, you'd think you were a million miles away in the salon. They've also just updated their online booking system, which not only makes booking an appointment so much easier, but also allows you to pay ahead of time using a variety of methods, and emails you a confirmation of your appointment.

Awsome service! Easily the best salon in the northern suburbs, featuring all of the top name products, excelent knowledge and techniques, was not disapointed with my visita and will definatly be back, 100% recomended for anyone to try: D
Jessica and her team of skilled beauticians have ALWAYS performed EXACTLY what iv booked in for, I couldnt ask or anything more.

What happened to good old fashioned service where you ring up and make a booking. To me that's so simple and "Timeless"
I purchased two vouchers with Living Social and was quite excited about making the booking. When I called I was told that bookings can only be made online. I don't have the time or patience so I am in the process of trying to get a refund from Living Social.
