The worst set of eyelash extensions I have ever had. They are sparse, crooked and many have fallen out after 2 days despite care. A waste of money and 2 hours of my day.

Very good quality and professional, friendly service. I am very happy with Jess' work and always feel welcome and comfortable.

Tracy is just so knowledgeable and friendly. Wonderful service, will definitely be recommending and will continue to use Timeless Beauty for other procedures.

I have an LED treatment each month and love it. It has made such a big difference to my skin. The treatment is so relaxing that I almost fall asleep when I am under the light. My skin has a tendency to be dry, and the treatment has made a big difference. People often don’t believe my age. They also have a good range of skin care products.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience at Timeless. The service is always professional and personal with Jess working hard to combat my stubborn lashes!

And beware of their contracts. Monthly LED Spa Facial was what I signed up for.what a joke. I tried to cancel my contract due to substandard treatments only to be hit with a bill and it debited out of my credit card the same say!

During one of my treatments I had to ask Sofie why the gel mask wasn’t put on. She left the room to contact her “boss” while I was still in the room by myself not knowing if the LED light was going to burn my skin or not. When Sofie finally returned she said she was still waiting to hear back. I asked if the LED light that was on my face was going to burn me and to my relief she said no. When she finally heard back, she confirmed that I was supposed to have the mask put on my face while the light was on as per my previous appointment. Sofie left the room to get the mask only to return to say that mask had run out but put an alternative mask on. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.

My next appointment supposed to be with Jess, I even received a voice message from you on the 19th confirming that I would have Jess. Only to be told when I arrived that I was having Sofie. I could not believe the same thing happened again during my treatment the LED light was put on my face without the mask. I had to ask where the mask was, once again Sofie had to leave the room to contact her “boss”. Upon her return she apologised to say that there was none in stock. Sofie gave me the option to cancel or have an alternative. We had already started the treatment, I chose the alternative as I don’t have time to waste. I would have thought the correct thing to do would be to call me before my appointment to reschedule – not give me the option to reschedule during my treatment.

The correspondence that I have received from Jess has been appalling.
Trying to give a smaller local businesses a go & their service is far from acceptable.

I had a voucher to use here for a custom foundation plus refill. Jess started the custom foundation which all was fine. Whilst doing the blend i continuously said my face had been red the whole week due to the fact i wore lots of make up that week.i also mentioned i have sensitive skin. I decided to get henna eyebrow tint done while i was there, i had said i never had it done before so the another lady maddie did them for me, she did a beautiful job however i had a reaction to the henna and my eyes were swollen to the point i had to take a day off work to go to the doctors because i could barely see out of my right eye. I called the salon and they said they couldn't remove it and this has never happened before. (no refund was offered) After research, i found out a Victorian lady had the same thing done elsewhere and almost went blind because of it. My review is no to bag out the place as the lady's there were very fiendly and professional. But just to make sure others don't go through the same thing as they are still sore and now scaly two weeks later. I really wish the lady's had picked up the fact i had sensitive skin and suggested tint instead as i have had that done before. Maybe it's something they could mention to other clients now as there could have been a much serious outcome.

I am absolutely in love with the henna brows I had done at Timeless Beauty by Maddy!
She was absolutely amazing in going with the shape and colour I wanted whilst still making it look good.
Henna brows interested me due to there being less chemicals than normal tint.
I love that I don’t have to fill in my brows now and they are just done in the mornings!
