74Quality food and great coffee. A nice place to escape the hussle and bussle of the city to have breakfast before work or to grab your morning coffee to go.
Eggs Benedict - Spinach makes dish too earthy and one egg was not runny at all. Service was friendly and food arrived quickly. Good presentation. Too few small tables and a bit uncomfortable.
Good Vibe, great coffee, lovely staff. Got the avocado toast and it was soooo tasty loved the addition of hummous and cream cheese.
Fantastic bottomless brunch! Food was divine and service was impeccable! Will return I'm the future for sure!
The food is outstanding. You can tell this team is trying to do things different as other cafes at the Terrace. Good coffee and friendly-professional staff.
Love the open kitchen to see what’s going on inside!
It's of a decent standard, wasn't good enough to add to the favourites or go back but I don't regret trying it out. We went while there was a large birthday gathering so was quite noisy in there, maybe its not as loud other times
Great cafe on Milligan St, coffee is consistently good. Nice decor inside, a pleasant cafe to sit in and read your e-mails/the news. Also do small smoothies. It's a popular spot for a bottomless brunch also if that's your thing.
Be aware that the prices on their website are very out of date: you're looking at paying about 20% more. Food is fine, standard breakfast food. Scrambled eggs were weirdly salty. Staff seemed only interested in takeaway coffees, as diners were not welcomed, offered a seat or menu, and tables were missing cutlery etc.
From a watered down eggs Benedict to dry pancakes, this place being one of Perth's best cafes is an overstatement.
My partner and I had come in after researching some of the best places to grab a bite to eat, tisch caught our eyes, but we were let down. I've worked 5 years as a barista and 10 years as a chef in professional kitchens cooking up some amazing food, but the food we had eaten today was a sorry let down.my partner ordered a long black and I had ordered an ice long black, my partner's coffee had arrived first, I waited a little longer, no biggie, but I was given a bitter/sour mess (the shot ran under) of which I had asked politely for a double espresso over ice instead it was much better, 15 minutes went by and our food arrived, my partner took her first bite and the pancakes were very dry, but the toppings were a nice touch, my eggs Benedict was not really an eggs benedict, I was served a watered down hollandaise, an undercooked poached eggs cold salmon and cold sourdough, I had asked the manager if the hollandaise was normally this flavorless and she replied yes as what I took as an honest answer, I asked for a new pair of poached eggs and for them to be a little more cooked, I received my new poached eggs, and they're were undercooked again, I didn't want to cause a ruckus so my partner offered to swap dishes and we finished our meals and went about our day.the point of this review isn't to shame a chef or a business it's to prevent something like this from happening again and to bring an understanding of what a first bite or first sip of the day does for a person, it can really uplift a spirit but in this case I came crashing down with a stomachache and left the day in a bad mood.
Great vibes. Really nice looking place - great coffee. Great staff, happy to help find a table for six of us. Iced chocolate was not great though.
Steak is grilled perfectly.
Side with delicious salads.
Unforgettable herb sauce makes the steak alive.
Great breakfast/brunch spot. Staff are friendly and quick. Food is great. I had the brunch gnoccis and when we returned the next day i had the chilli eggs. Both great. The steak sandwich is amazing too. And they do 2hrs bottomless brunch on sundays (yes they are open on Sundays.in Perth! Bonus). Had some take away cake too which was nice. Not sure where the second i comes from in the name as in German it only has one.but that's just a conversation starter) it gets busy so recommend to book on weekends. Looking forward to coming back next time I am out!
Nice food and staff. Ordered Avocado Toast plus bacons and you can see how much avocado smash here! And I like the bacon too! Though it’s not the crispy one, I prefer this one better.
We went for the bottomless brunch, table of 10. Food for the whole table was excellent and the bubbles was definitely free flowing - highly recommend!
