Tiisch reviews
74 What can I say? Nothing was right. Went there with work colleagues for a Friday lunch. Had a booking from 12 to1. Wasn't impressed with the menu. Basically a breakfast menu. (Edit: I didn't pick the place, I don't eat red meat, and only one option with chicken= salad), Anyway, we ordered at 12: 10.
- 20$ for a quinoa and roasted veggie salad + 7$ for 80g of chicken? Nope.
- Plates took 40 minutes to come. No joke. Had 1 hour lunch break for a special occasion. 12h48 was the exact time the plate came. (How do you preorder with big groups/ If it's a surprise for someone. If I wanted to preorder, I would ubereats. It's a restaurant. If you can't serve plates fast enough, don't book that many people in. Simple)
- One of the waiter put a plate in front of my colleague and left. Came back 20 seconds later asking if she touched it, and took it back to bring it to someone else because he had made a mistake. Hygiene
- Waitress failed to mention we had bottomless soft drinks with brunch menu (edit=the waiters were confused since we got given different informations. Everyone was very confused).
- Had to eat my 27$ salad in 5 min. Wasn't actually too hard cause it was so small.
- No soap in the ladies toilets.
I'm sorry but not everyone can afford to waste money like this. I truly felt like I was robbed, and it's very frustrating to know that I gave money that I earned working, to this people. A massive joke.
There are plenty of place with good food and much better services around. Don't waste your time.
Absolutely recommend this place as a cute brunch place! The staff are lovely and the service is exceptional!
Good food. Nice environment. Efficient service. We enjoyed what we ordered. Price to be expected for the location. Will be back to try the coffee & other things for sure.
Bottomless dinner was disappointing. Food was average and staff were impatient and rude. Had barely started on my affogato which I added on, came back from the washroom and it was gone. Didn't ask anyone at the table if we were done with it.
Food is good, staff is quite rude. The breakfast gnocchi is quite delicious, and the wagyu burger was tender and flavourful, chips were nice and crispy too. I found the staff to be quite inattentive, there were times when I tried to get their attention and they would straight up ignore us even though they 100% saw us.
In a separate incident, the staff had taken away my friend’s burger even though she wasn’t done with it and had only taken a few bites out of it.
Side note: The matcha latte was bad, the matcha pandan cake is worth a try! It’s so tasty!
I 'll never come back there, poor customer service, staff are not nice at all and sooo arrogant.there r many cooffees in perth better than there
The Bottomless brunch is great value. Would definitely recommend doing this and sampling the Sangria and Bloody Mary's.
Came here twice and ordered four different meals. They look good but the taste needs to be improved.
Great place for a breakfast and coffee before work. Unfortunate that they didn’t have the advertised batch brew coffee on the morning that I was there.
Lovely staffs, solve problems in effective and efficient way. The food really nice, especially the mushroom
The food was great but the service is always bad, the staff is always arrogant and they don't talk good To the customers. I can understand when the restaurant is fully booked but there is a manner To say it with a smile for exemple, I felt like I was asking for food for free, they were really really rude, especially girls.
The places is a bit too wild for brunch. It was very noisy like a night club midday. It is not for adults wanting to have conversation with each other. The wait staff were very pleasant, can’t fault the service, however the type of crowd it attracts are young people wanting to get drunk in the middle of the day.
Went here with my colleagues on a Friday morning for brunch and the food was amazing, but what really made the experience was our server Ana! Thanks so much to Ana who was so helpful and very attentive, and to the rest of the lovely staff:)
My group of girlfriends and I paid $65 each for ‘bottomless brunch’. Each time we finished a drink it’d take a good 15 plus minutes for the waitress to bring us our next so didn't exactly feel ‘bottomless’. Also drinks were just okay. The granola appetiser was large hard chunks of granola with a very thin layer of yogurt accompanied by one single blueberry and slice of banana (yes just one of each). All of our tables gnocchi (which was half the tables order) was cold and somewhat small portions. My steak had clearly been cooked hours if not the day prior and reheated, was medium to well done and not medium rare and was also slightly cold. Extremely sub par. Wouldn’t recommend. Would rather pay for one decent meal and a couple of nice drinks that came quickly.
Sadly this once great place has gone downhill. Many Mushrooms on Toast should be renamed One Type of Mushroom on Stale Burnt Bread. Also, I don't need to deal with surly staff at 8am in the morning.
BEST SERVICE EVERRRRR
Love everything about this spot.from interior to menue options.
We were asked to move tables which we didnt mind n one of the girls spilled a little of her coffee.next min the amazing waiter brings a fresh hot coffee without us even asking for it!
Thank you so much
Ambience vibe coffee and customer service absolutely a 10/10 winner.but the brunch for the $$ you pay is quiet average or let's say you have many more options inside and outside the Perty CBD.
Friendly italian guy serving; "I'll have a long black, to-go, in the larger cup" (there are two cup sizes on display at the counter)
Could there be any simpler an order? !?
I'm waiting near the door and a lady brings me a black coffee in a cup and saucer.
"No. That's not mine", I say, "I ordered a takeaway. "
A minute later the pleasant italian chap hands me a takeaway cup of coffee (probably decanted from the dine-in cup?).
It's in the small cup!
"Actually I ordered a large" I said, "but forget it, I've got to go. "
He offered to re-make it but I left.
(he shouldn't have let me go)
The solution is simple; Repeat back every order.
There. That's for free.
I'm giving you 3 stars because the coffee is actually good but buck your ideas up people!
The staff were very accommodating from the get go. Food was good, cold drinks too. No so much the coffee though. The bottomless brunch is totally worth it. All 3 options! Great setting and music too, I look forward to going back
Visited tiisch for their bottomless brunch I was so impressed with their service, the staff is friendly and attentive, and came back to check on us regularly. Quality drinks and food, I do wish the portions had been a little bigger and maybe a different choice of entree, but overall a great experience here, will be back!
