She made a cut on my left eyebrow. When she asked what colour I wanted my eyebrows I always get she tells me no you need dark brown, then leaves mine and daughters tint on for double the time to the point it was burning. She also told my daughter what her colour was going to be. Then told her she needed to do something with her open pores.
Completely ruined my eyebrows. This was the only time I've ever cried from having my eyebrows ruined. Terrible customer service.
I will never return to this shop.
Was horrified when i saw the lady use the same tinting brush on myself and 3 other ladies. Not a sterilizer in sight. Over priced big time and unhygienic. Don't do it.
