Not at all recommended. The lady who was working today (24 July) is always on her phone when the customer arrives, rushes the job and wants to get back on her phone. Can see her sitting in the reception with her phone 24/7. Did eyebrow threading- only to finish her job in 2 minutes with a fully bruised skin of mine. When asked about her behaviour, she instead blamed me that I wasnt holding my skin tight. I was left bleeding for more than half an hour. I would recommend threading services in rockingham.

I always go to this shop to get my eyebrows done and get eyelash extensions. It is an amazing salon. I could never find a better salon than this one. There are pretty kinds of eyelashes tO pick. I recommend this shop to anyone.

I’ve been going to get my eyebrows done at this place for years now and I love them because they always give me exactly what I ask. You may also have to be mindful of this so be sure to be specific about what exactly you want done and they will do a great job.

I have come in to salon a few times and everytime it's great service. I Grew my brows out for 5 months so they were very thick and hairy. Sat down for 5 minutes and got up with beautiful shaped perfect eyebrows just how I wanted them.

Had a great service this morning at threading zone Kwinana. She was so helpful with shaping my eyebrow and picking a colour to tint my eyebrow. My eyebrow look so wonderful, will definitely come back

This had been my first time getting my eyebrows threaded at all and it was amazing! She knew what she was doing and kept the shape that I had showed her in a picture. I am definitely going again!

DO NOT RECOMMEND getting your lashes done here. I've never had a eye lashes extension before but on the same day I had lashes falling out. There were huge clumps of glue and there still are 3 weeks later. I was told not to brush them but to come back for a refill. They have pulled the roots of my natural eyelashes out and there's still so much glue that the roots have come out but the lash is still glued to my natural eye lashes. I'm very disappointed and will be telling everyone I know not to go there. Paid $130 for this.

Got my lashes done here literally she was finished in about 20 minutes other places usually take a minimum of an hour. Gaps all through my lashes won’t be returning.

I will never ever do my lashes with this business again, I had my lashes falling out a day after doing it. The lady kept on asking customers to come in while she was doing my lashes, reassuring them that she would only be 15 minutes when infact she had only started mine. She rushed through the entire process, going between customers and i was left with gaps in between my lashes. The worst service I have ever experienced. If you are going to charge $120 30 minutes make sure that time is dedicated to that customer.

I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time yesterday! I can't believe what a quick process it was, they were very efficient. It was a little bit painful and my eyes watered like crazy; however my eyebrows look amazing and I'll definitely do it again.

Rajwant has been doing my lashes for more than 1 year now and she is the best technician I ever had! She is lovely, excellent in her job-very detailed and careful- honest in her opinion and every time I have my lashes done everyone is commenting on how natural and beautiful they look and where I got them done! I recommended her to many people friends and family who feel the same as me! The lashes last at least 8 weeks-even more- and the mink ones look better than my natural ones. Thank u! "

My first time ever getting my lashes done and it will certainly be the very last after what I got from this shop I continued to ask her to fix them up and she just cut the same side shorter and shorter each time I have already had 5 fall off and I got them done only a few hours ago! She rushed and didn’t speak at all and left me laying there and started a new customer before she had finished with me. Way to expensive for the experience I got in the end.

Very bad, overpriced, didn’t ask before putting cream on (which have sensitive skin and get rashes), didn’t even get all the hair, rushed and worst experience I’ve ever had!

Always good customer service and happy to have my eyebrows sorted with them. Recommend it.
