Theory for Hair is a beautiful salon with exceptional service. I've had my hair done there on a number of occasions and have always been very pleased with the results. I have a sensitive scalp and have had difficulties with products and colour in the past but the staff at Theory for Hair helped me resolve these issues to achieve super results. I am delighted to have discovered this gem of a salon and its crew in West Perth. I will certainly be going back!

Have been twice and have paid close to $600. On both occasions I wanted my hair dyed back natual (orange). The first time I left with half my head dyed bright firehose red and the other half black. I blamed the colourist so I asked for another girl for my second time. The second occasion they dyed it dark maroon.

10 minutes early for an appointment sat in a chair for 35 minutes being told someone would be with me soon.walked out. The previous time there received a good men's haircut for $70 but certainly not worth it. Went back the second time because they could fit me straight in.

Unfortunately for me, the colourist mis"understood" what I wanted. Even though I showed her a picture and she assured me that it was possible. I had to ask her to redo my dye job again as it was more orange than expected. Paid close to $500 (to include cureplex) and walked out with lady gaga yellow hair.

I visited this salon after having the same hair dresser for the the last ten years and was quite nervous, I walked in and was instantly impressed! The salon is beautiful, I've never seen so much crystal in my life and also a special mention to the reclining, heated massage chairs at the wash basin! I was instantly greated by the owner who was so lovely and the whole place had a really nice vibe. I was cutting my hair from super long to super short and edgy and the hairdresser (Natalie) did an AMAZING job! I was also super surprised how ridiculously well priced the whole service was too and again how lovely all of the staff were. I couldn't recommend or praise this salon enough, I've definitely found my salon for the next ten years!

If I had to pick one word to describe Theory for Hair it would be flawless. I have been client of Theory for Hair for over 10 years; since they were known as Hair on Central and I have followed them from Joondalup to Subiaco and now West Perth (I live as about as far North of the River you can get without going Country).

There are many reasons why I love going to Theory for Hair but top of my list is their dedication to providing me the best advice and service applicable to my hair and lifestyle (and not being afraid to talk me out of some really hideous hair styles that I would've regretted immediately).

I can honestly say hand on heart I have never had anything but a fabulous experience and that starts from the moment I walk through the door to big smiles and a welcoming atmosphere to the out of this world luxurious hair basins.

What a beautiful experience it was having my hair taken care of by such professionals. Theory is not only a beautiful place to visit but the staff are genuinely the most beautiful people to be around. The staff are talented, helpful and completely professional. Relaxing in a massage chair, surrounded by the scents of amazing products and talented colouring and cutting specialists? Just blissful!

Theory for hair is a salon like no other. From the moment you come in you just feel like a star. The staff are very client-oriented and just lovely and professional. I've never experienced anything like this before. The decor, products, equipment, people - just everything is simply amazing. I wouldn't go to any other salon after visiting Theory for hair. I left relaxed and happy. If you're looking for a great atmosphere and high quality service, this place is a definite must.
