Great hair salon in West Perth. Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. My stylist – Natalie - understood exactly what I wanted, and the haircut turned out perfect. Highly recommended!

I have had many disappointing experiences at previous salons until, fortunately, I came across Theory for hair! Their service is like no other I have experienced before. The staff are warm and professional that know exactly what they are doing! They transform your hair into exactly what you ask for and I could not recommend this salon more! Plus the interior is immaculate and has a relaxing ambiance.

Can't fault these guys! I am super fussy about my hair and have searched all over Perth for the perfect cut and now I've found it I've been coming here for ages and have never had a bad haircut thanks to Esther. The service is always fun and friendly (Dave will even go and update your parking ticket for you if you're running out of time so you don't get fined), they do absolutely bangin' head massages too. Highly recommend the whole crew!

I felt very welcome when I checked in. Esther listened to what I was after and gave me some suggestions. She was very gentle the whole time and styled my hair for the finish. It was a simple cut but I have never felt happier with my haircut.
I will definitely be back.

Went in for simple cut and colour. Hair stylist ended up cutting it to look like a bowl cut, and completely ruined the cut. Had to get a different stylist to fix it, but had already cut too short in some areas.

I had shown several photos of how I normally have it and she still stuffed up.

Had to change the style of colouring to from full to foil highlights so as to try and hide the bad cut.

Ended up taking from 3.30pm to to 7.45pm for a mens cut.

Then even after staffing up so bad they still had the gall to charge me $165.

Bloody disgusting and will not use or recommend.

The stylist was apparently close to being signed of as a senior stylist before covid, I guess she hasn't cut hair at all in the 18 months since.

Well my hair needed some much needed attention recently so l decided to let my fingers do the searching and stumbled across Theory for hair.
Now let me just say 5 stars are simply not enough of a rating for this salon. 500 stars would be a far more accurate representation of my experience here.
The staff are so welcoming, friendly, helpful and very down to earth, the skill, attention to detail and expertise are in my opinion second to none and the salon itself is large, bright, airy and immaculately clean.
So do yourself a favour and come here for your next hair appointment, you will be glad you did and like me you will want to return again and again!

I’ve had three hair stylists here and all were very lovely and did a great job with my neglected dry hair. The salon is very clean and stylish and the hair stylists seem genuinely happy to be there.
The owner offered to walk me to my car after dark which was very lovely as well.

This salon is a divine experience, you feel so relaxed and special, little details from the mini chocolate cakes and beautiful teapot set is so special. The hair stylist Samantha is amazing! I have followed her for years. I always leave feeling beautiful and she is so gentle and caring towards your hair.

As a hairdresser myself I was looking forward to being pampered getting my great lengths extentions put in! Being a great lengths stylist I know the standard that is expected and with the price that comes with these extentions you’d expect to get your money’s worth! My extentions were falling out the day after and now 3 weeks later I’ve got no hair left I messsaged the salon only to be completely ignored and actually blocked from contacting them, I’m now after wasting 1k on hair that is in a bag the worst experience I’ve ever had and the way they’ve handled this is awful.lesson learned I would never recommended this salon terrible service and no accountability for a bad job that I now have to try and fix.
