Well-managed and friendly apartments but severely lacking usual hotel amenities like breakfast, room service etc

Lovely river views but a little noisy as located above a busy pub. However it's really convenient to said pub if you want to join them on the boardwalk. Beautiful night views of river and optus stadium.

Good sized apartment with everything you need for an overnight, week to month long stay. 5 minute walk to restaurants and groceries too.

Clean rooms. Stayed here a couple of times for work. Only short stays. Love the total black out blinds. Close to some good eating venues.

Good location, close to city but not too busy. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. A number of good restaurants nearby and a supermarket for convenience.

Beautifully located on the river, close to great restaurants and cafes, clean cosy rooms, and most importantly very friendly staff who are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 10 nights on a business trip the service staff and location are wonderful. The rooms are very well appointed and there is plenty of food options within easy walking distance. If I was to come back to Perth for work disabled would be at the top of my list for places to stay. It has been a fantastic experience
