Worst "Asian" food EVER! You can't slap Masterfood flavoured sauces through your dishes and deem them Asian. Couldn't even call this a cheap and cheerful experience. You would be better off going to a proper "Asian" restaurant and buying a single dish.

Such amazing staff and the food was incredible! Went for the asain buffet. A huge variety and so flavoursome! I love cheap but great buffets! Will definitely return! And the view was amazing!
Was a little difficult to find, different names on the signs

Cold bacon, sausages tough like jerky,
Prison food inside for 9 months was warmer, more fresh and quicker to get served.
Watered down orange juice.
Plastic cups for drinks.
Bring back the Hakea buffet!
Give it a miss and cook at home

The steak was perfect. The service was slow and unorganized and there were very few beers on tap. We enjoyed our meal and three view.

The view was amazing but the staff ruined all of that. Extremely rude and uncaring of customers. Food wasn't that good anyway. Never going back thanks.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, from ordering drinks at the bar to the long wait times at the bar and ordering our food and when we did finally get our food my partner had chicken Cesar salad sent it back, you were lucky if you could find the chicken when I received my Thai beef salad there was barely any salad and no coriander and cut up chard grilled peace of steak that was not very good and tough, if you want fish and chips or a burger you will have a good meal anything else forget it

GREAT VALUE, BEAUTIFUL LOCATION
We have been on a few occasions now to their Riverdeck Restaurant and outside dining / drinking area both located a the international on the water hotel, however we have never stayed at the hotel itself we have only eaten at the Riverdeck on different occasions for breakfast, lunch, dinner. I like the highly recommend the River Deck restaurant for value-for-money. The meals not huge and not arranged all fancy but very substantial and very very reasonably priced. They offer an a la carte menu and also sometimes a buffet. The latest visit we a group of 5 of us and we dined inside the River Deck Restaurant and had a full buffet dinner or $20 per person. Drinks of course are extra, but for $20 for a buffet dinner is exceptional value. The setting is beautiful and very picturesque outside on the Deck where you have a lovely atmosphere on the Swan River You can sit inside or outside depending on your preference. The customer service however is not so good on a few on our visits including our latesr. Some of the staff are not very friendly at all and don't even acknowledge you and some are just quite rude. Some however are very good but most unfortunately are not very good with being hospitable even though they're working in the hospitality industry. The service can also sometimes be very slow and you can be waiting a while to be served if you are needing a drink or wanting the a la carte menu. However if you have the buffet you just pawy when you enter and help yourself.
I feel its a good place to go if you're wanting a decent meal at a very reasonable price. Picturesque location right on the Swan River and so close to the airport and the City. You can pop in before or after a flight for a casual drink or meal.

I went for the breakfast buffet, except we hardly got any food as there were rarely any refills and there was a 10 minute wait in queue just to get food. It wasnt worth the wait, average hotel buffet with limited food variants and a disgusting sugary dessert. Appart from the water diluted orange juice and 30minute coffee wait it was alright. One of the blonde haired employees was lovely to us though.

Makes hospital food seem gourmet. If you want a cheap (edible) breakfast go to IKEA or spend a little extra and go somewhere nice

Pretty average dinner, the spring rolls was very dry. Not much to choose from the sweets, 2 type of cake cut into bite size and jelly.

The worst dining experience for 2019.
I was highly disappointed in the food and service. From the time we entered there was no reception noboby to guide us or greet us. Yet plenty staff visable. My fish was burnt. I had to ask for another piece. All our meals came out at different times. The tea came out with no milk.the staff definitely need to pay more attention to detail they have no idea.more training is needed front of house aswell as back of house. I would never return or recommend this place.

Service is good but food is very bland especially the apple pie made from can no taste rather we would rather go to a restaurant with quality food pay a bit more but get. Beautiful food

Shared an evening with 14 people scattered around the room after disappearance of confirmed booking. The arrogant attitude of the manager was disappointing and the food as good as a food hall. The floor staff were lovely.

Lack of signage in the front, waitress that dropped cutleries on our table and no apology. Food was lukewarm to cold, sachets coffee.beautiful location though

Everything was high in carbs (which I can not eat). They wouldnt/couldn't offer me anything that wasn't fried or carbs. I had ribs but only 1 as it was too sickly sweet and fried

Good value for $20 (smorgasbord). The food was quite good. Oriental and Indian food. John, the Englishman (manager) looked after me well. I had no booking, but he found me a table, in spite of the crowd. He even checked if I was okay now and then. Good onya John.

How disappointing. Only got 2 stars because the food was okay. Definite lack of service and friendliness. Lack of shade on the deck and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Wouldn’t recommend.
