This place must be cursed or atrociously managed. There is no way a venue with this level of furnishings should be this empty.and this is consistently like this.
Room rates are close to if not over $200 per night

Fish and chips not bad but wait staff should always ask, do you want dressing on the salad as the green stuff that was on my salad was inedible, my wife had garlic bread, cold soggy and I would say straight from Aldi but forgot to heat it up maybe only microwave defrosted.

I was a bit disappointed this time round (3 yrs since last time I was there) for the price, when you order with mash potato, you expect the potatoes to be fresh potatoes not packet.

Everything was very nice good tasty food service excellent and the view of the river and surrounds very nice calming

$12 scooners! In Perth, used on table app, waited 20 mins for drinks after asking about delay, then super expensive, worst “crispy” pork belly ever for $38, spoke with them about how bad it was, offered me a free $12 scooner, so really only lost $26 on a meal I sent back. Not impressive at all

Great view and a nice dining setting, which I'm guessing is what you pay for as the food was greatly over priced for what we got. The main sometimes just larger then the entrees, but double the price.

The interior is nice, but the feature atriums had mostly dead plants in them which takes a lot away from the lavish decor.

Probably great for the guests of the hotel, and drinks with a view.

Saturday lunch, bar staff did not know where menu's were. We were only offered 1 gin available at the bar. Then after trying to find a menu by looking in the store room, I became concerned. No steak sandwich or burgers for lunch. So unless you want poor service with 5 Star prices go elsewhere.

Ordered our food and then asked how much longer it would be after 30 mins and the waitress didn't come back to tell us. I asked again after 40 mins and was ignored until I insisted that one of the staff members findout for us. I was told that our meals were being plated up. After another 5 mins without meals, I asked for a refund and the staff struggled working out how to do that including the manager. Very disappointing.

My partner & I booked here for an Anniversary breakfast. I ordered a Veggie Stack and Iced Latte and my partner ordered a Big Breakfast and Long Black.
The food was the highlight of the place and was incredible. Everything tasted delicious and fresh, my partner particularly loved the baked beans on their Big Breakfast.
The service was faultless, we were served by a lovely young man who also made our drinks which were perfect as well.
The price is pretty much on par with other restaurants for the same items.
If available, I would choose to sit outside, we were the only ones outside on a nice summers day and being able to see the Swan River while eating was a nice touch. There is ample shade cloths provided so no worrying about that.
The venue as a whole was very clean and had really gorgeous finishings, the walk to the toilet is a bit far from the outside tables but it gives you time to enjoy the finishings.
I had never been to this place before but they've definitely created a loyal customer in me and I will be recommending them to others.
We did book but there was only one other table present.

Arrived to enjoy a dinner before our family members departed to the eastern states. Ordered drinks using the app which seemed handy but waited 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Ordered the Crispy skinned pork belly for the main meal and it arrived In a timely fashion. The carrots were raw and unfortunately the Crispy skin pork belly was 70 percent fat and the skin was not Crispy. I try to support the Belmont businesses and shop local but when it charges top dollar and fails to deliver quality service and meals there is only so much you can take.

Management please take this advice! Please Please do something to keep away the mosquitos! Seriously our whole party had to run inside as soon as the sun started setting, Massive mosquitos swarmed in from the river and started biting everyone. Get some citronella candles or tiki torches so your customers can enjoy the balconies without being eaten alive

Also if you have a bartender doing his first night there maybe don't leave him by himself, the poor guy was so flustered we felt sorry for him

Great location friendly staff and tasty food.

Well worth a visit

Had our son's 21st Birthday party for 40 people here last night. Everything organised smoothly and perfectly. Food excellent as was the Service by all staff. Thanks to Sky and his team for organising everything including the great room set up and the great service provided to our guests. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Riverdeck for both food and popping in for a few drinks. Thanks again, a great night had by all who attended.

Gorgeous spot and great service. One of the fire places to enjoy the river without going to South Perth.

Went today with my best friend we live locally this is a hidden gem great views had the fish and chips and salad amazing some of the best fish and chips I’ve had for a long time great size piece of battered fish fresh salad awesome chips went and thanked the chef as you don’t get fish and chips like that very often
fresh fresh not frozen well done a lot of other venues need to get up to speed it’s not hard to do good fish and chips and salad

My favourite place to have buffet breakfast in Perth. Great value for money. Great staff. Awesome view if you are sitting outside.

Celebrated my 45th Birthday here! Venue and staff were "Excellent" amazing atmosphere!

Food was good, value for money mediocre at best. The deck facing river views is very enticing indeed. Hotel location a little tucked away, entrance not obvious, my Uber had trouble.

This lunch was for our wedding anniversary, My wife and I were very pleased with the food and the service, The girls even did a happy anniversary on the cake plates, absolutely wonderful, Thank you.
