The Ridge Baldivis Medical Centre

I came in to see Dr N Rasool on Tuesday. I was welcomed immediately upon entering by Christine at the desk and Dr Rasool was understanding of my needs and exceeded all my expectations.
I returned today (Friday) to bring my son in to see Dr Godavarti. Not one member at reception desk greeted me as we entered nor said goodbye as we left. Didn’t even glance up at us to acknowledge our presence. However, Dr Godavarti was wonderful and listened to our problem and as usual met our expectations.

Update: After having to wait 2 weeks to get biopsy results, I wake to a message to call as the gp isn’t in. One appointment left and it’s given away while on the phone. No urgency from reception to make me feel at ease by getting me in same day. Awaiting biopsy results is hard enough but to then get told basically “tough luck, not today” just isn’t fair.

Dr Nima Elhai is the best! He has a fantastic attitude, listens and is empathetic. He is totally open and honest, he knows his patients well and treats everybody, patients and staff alike with great respect. He has a lot of experience outside of the GP environment and I for one am so glad that he has stayed at the Ridge and extended his availability there!

I must not forget the other staff, the nurses - such a great bunch and reception staff too including the practice manager - you are so lovely and always do your best. Thanks!

I just love Dr Nima he is amazing always so supportive and there for me, having no family here all in Ireland he really helps me with everything and my family needs, best doctor ive ever had be lost with out him:) we love you Nima

All staff are friendly and welcoming. The nurses are fantastic and make you feel relaxed and safe. Dr Nima Elahi is superb. He has a great manner, is always happy and is extremely relatable. Very knowledgeable and supportive.

Doctor was excellent however instead of giving you a piece of paper to check your own personal details are correct, the front office staff read out your personal details including name, DOB, address and phone number in direct hearing of a busy waiting room. That’s not even close to private.

Haha i parked at front of Medical center only to read the sign on door saying go to back parking as well as the entrance. Bit confusing even the entrance i still had another entrance to go through to get to Medical Center, however i made it got to meet my new doctor am very happy the staff very helpful and friendly. Thankyou Silver Chain Team for referral.

We have lived in this area for five years and live in the lifestyle village we are so happy with the ridge medical centre everyone is always so helpful and friendly thank you so much

Expecting a baby, Terri and Dr Nooshin have been amazing so far and I look forward to future appointments with them.

The reception do not care about you one bit. I was in so much pain they wouldn't let me have a seat even after waiting over an hour which resulted in a trip to hospital. Doctors are amazing but reception are not

I must say this is the best medical center I have ever attended 5 stars the girls and the doctors are excellent

Really organised practice. I felt my concerns were listened to by the female doctor who saw me. I was able to get my contraceptive pill prescription here without any problems.

My whole family attend the ridge Baldivis and love the staff and facilities here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new medical centre great place

Rarely give negative ratings.however on my first visit I have made decision never come back as I felt treated without respect. I felt very anxious throughout the whole session, I think could be handled more professionally. Thank you

My family has been coming here for 6 years and we have always been treated with understanding and kindness.

Doctor Nima was amazing as always, down to earth and straight to the point, super helpful and genuine.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve had some negative experiences there with certain doctors, both male and female.

I have tried a few places before finding dr elahi, he has such a lovely manner and makes me so comfortable. Both my husband and i see him as our family doctor. I find the ladies on reception Friendly too

This is my second pregnancy in Ridge Maternity Clinics care. I see Essa (OB) and Terri (Midwife) for my regular appointments but have also seen Nooshin and Zoe. All are wonderful, caring professionals.

The practice is always friendly from the moment you walk in with reception to the doctors. The doctors are thorough and always ask questions which leads to a excellent outcome.
