Unprofessional service! My 18 months child had an appointment today at 12pm for immunisation. We waited until 12: 30pm and the receptionist told us one more person is before us. If you don't have enough doctors/staff and you don't know how to manage your staff, you must close this medical centre! Your previous reviews don't look good as well!

Sharing my experience at the Ridge baldivis medical centre, specially Dr Michael Isidienu is the best Dr. He is very friendly, caring, supportive, encouraging, work inhand with his patients. Dr Michael Isidienu Works miles a head of the future. My first doctor was also very great, but he ended retired. I'm a Dr hunter if I don’t feel comfortable and confident I will go but no return, but Dr Michael is the best.

I believe God use Dr Michael Isidienu to help me bring my dream to reality. Today Without Dr Michael Isidienu help, I won't be carrying my adorable baby Michael. I named him after Dr Michael Isidienu. I have a very complicated case that's not normal, never heard of one person has two different blood type group. I experience it and it very Confusing. Hopefully soon the confusion will be resolved.

The lady at the counter made me wait until she had finished her personal conversation with her co worker before serving me. This is my first pregnancy and I needed a referral for a clinic I would like to go to. Dr Akella was very rude and laughing while speaking to me and instead of informing me nicely about how things work she just made me feel stupid. Will never be going back here.

Do not recommend seeing Dr Mahidhar, complete lack of duty of care. Denied my partner a referral for his specialist and a referral for a blood test stating you don't need one till the age of 45 which is completely absurd? Poor form considering my partner under gone shoulder construction and was getting sharp pains.

AVOID Dr Sandeep Kulkarni at all costs!
Worst doctor I have ever seen in my life, he is very rude and condescending. Took my 1 year old in for a follow up post bad ear infections and he didn’t want to check my sons ears as they “weren’t oozing and he seemed fine not unsettled or restless” I asked at the end if he can please check my sons ears as we were flying out a few days later and he said “well are you going to cancel your flights if they aren’t better? ” I found this extremely rude! Then he proceeded to check his ears to tell me he couldn’t tell if the left ear was okay as “there was too much ear wax to see” then the second ear was fine apparently. I asked him how I can get rid of the ear wax and he said I can’t, which left me so confused how am I supposed to check his ears? I went to another clinic right after to a very helpful doctor who told me both ears were healed.

Switched doctors in the clinic because she did not want to follow guidance from specialists that I paid lots of money for. Front desk sometimes act like I'm inconveniencing them. Hit and miss. Sometimes in life things happen right, when I took my son in with a problem that needed to be seen too by a nurse I was rudely asked questions when came for guidance, seriously just a money pit of a clinic.
Oh and they shut the phones off before 5pm so yeah not available by phone from 4.50pm.

Dr Nima Elhai is a great Dr and have seen him on and off for the last 5 years and he continues to be absolutely brilliant, he is also great when i take our daughter in (5) very gentle and listens to concerns.

My wife attended as we are new to area and requesting strong pain killers which she has been on for some time. The arrogant female Dr she saw said No because she didn’t know her history. My wife had all her notes with her and they are the same as what’s on her Health history (which all doctors can access) but this doctor could not find them and didn’t want to look at printed versions. Her new doctor found her history and so did my wife. How did this doctor pass her exams? This surgery must be the worst in WA if not Australia. All you get after complaining is If you would like to contact the Practice Manager to discuss the matter further. Nothing ever gets done. Terrible.

Thank you so much to the beautiful midwife and lactation consultant Zoe. Today she helped my son Aiden and I with our breastfeeding latch and it has given us so much more confidence. We can now breastfeed without pain and nipple trauma.

If i could give -10 star i would. We have always been seing some of the doctors here specially and nurses are very friendly but that one indian female doctor who doesnt have ethics and manners. Shes always rude as if we owe her something. This time she cancelled our appointment bcz my wife called them to let them know we would be 5 min late possibly but we got there on time to attend the appointment. My daughter was really not feeling well and we had this appointment after a week of calling different medical centres. Absolutely disrespectful staff at front counter, refused my wife entry and treated as if we were criminals. Shame on you Ridge Baldivis, you lost our trust. I would encourage others to boycott that indian female doctor i cant remember her name but you will know by her attitude once you meet her.

Went to 2 different doctors there to get help with my daughters really nasty cough post COVID (4 months ago) One diagnosed hay fever medication, the next asthma medication neither which helped her cough at all (She has no allergies or Asthma). She still wakes up every night nearly choking and occasionally vomiting from coughing so hard. Now the worst part is that they want to change as a private medical centre?

1. Doctors cannot correctly diagnose any issues so definitely shouldn't be charging and
2. They are still doing 10 minute appointments, all charging doctors that I have been to are 15 mins minimum. So its still a lets guess and rush is and rush out system.

They don't care what damage they could be doing to little kids by not diagnosing correctly.

Absolutely disgusting staff, so rude, very passive aggressive to their patients. I will never ever go to this clinic again. Every time I have visited the reception staff have been very rude, taunting the patients who are clearly suffering. Do not recommend.

I’m sad to say. I had a really terrible experience with the Ridge Medical Centre during my pregnancy check ups it was fine yet for birth and after, my midwife failed to contact me or come in for my birth. The reason why is still unknown regardless of asking her why. My obg I didn’t have much to do with but on one appointment he was quite rough with me while measuring my bump and quite dismissive towards, I’m not sure if perhaps he was just having “one of those days. ” Will be using another practice for my next pregnancy. The practice itself is gloomy and feels unhygienic also. Sorry but honesty is always the best policy.

Was fast getting in to see the doctor (this isn’t my usual clinic, I just went for a script), saw a female doctor (Akella) and it started off fine but then she asked personal questions (work related) and rudely made judgements about my career choice which has nothing to do with her.
The medical practice itself is fine, waiting room was very busy but appointments were close to being on time. Would not come back due to attitude of the doctor

Waiting for an hour nothing, people came after me
They went in before me then you ask receptionist
Response was you are late. Don’t deserve one star. Poor service

From the staff at reception, to nurses and GPs, we are very happy to be patients here. Thanks for your help everyone!

I came to the Ridge medical pathology clinic, my first time and last time.the older woman plebotomist was so rude, condescending and most appalling lack of social skills I've come across in the medical field, needless to say I definitely wasn't going to let her take my blood, I grabbed my paperwork and will never come back, people this rude should definitely not be taking blood, its stressful enough without the sour face and bad attitude, if I could give negative stars I would.

Dr Michael probably the worst Dr in history absolutely no empathy. Told me he couldn't prescribe medication I had been recommended in case I was shopping around! Unforgivable

Totally agree with Craig Hughes review of DrAkella 4 days ago but I would give a 2/10 have been a long term patient of this surgery and will not be coming back. In saying this the nurses that done up my plan and my ECG were awesome very professional to be let down by the doctor and her attitude and arrogance

Very disappointed to find that despite there being a spare appointment time available for my sick 2 year old, I couldn’t take him because this practice simply “isn’t taking on any more patients at the moment”. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NEGLIGENT. You just told me there is a spare spot and then you’ve told me to keep ringing around. I’m disgusted.
