Went for what we thought would be a nice anniversary dinner and were left waiting to be seated then taken to a little table in the corner which was very clostraphobic, dull and un intimate. We placed our order and surprise they had sold out of 3 beers and couldn't tell me what they were selling on tap to replace my order so o had to go to the bar to re select a drink. My wife waited 30 minutes for her mojito after I got up and went and asked again if it was coming which they re-inbursed and she didn't drink anyway cos it was not the best.they had sold out of our entree order, so reimbursed for that.the 40 dollar pizza I ordered was soggy and of low standards but had great flavour which was nice, the fish and veggies were well cooked and full of flavour but slightly over priced. All in all a disappointing evening and anniversary.

Ordered the pork belly share plate. Waited almost an hour and food did not appear. Queried at the bar only to have the snarky manager ask if I actually did order and was it online. It wasn’t. They eventually discovered my order in the system and I was told that I had been undercharged. No apologies, no compensation, and I was told to pay the difference in price. Meanwhile my whole group of 7 had eaten, half of them had left. Food was nice but pretentious and overpriced. I won’t be back.

The food is just so delicious and tasty! We have been here every week lately. We do book a table, because we don't want to sit in the back. We prefer the nicer seating in the front. But doing a reservation is easy and quick. Ordering the food with my phone from my table is easy, too.
There is no more standing in line at the bar anymore

Great place, great food. Beef Brisket was sooo good (not my pic). Bar staff/ waitresses provided great service. Will definitely visit again when I'm in Gero next.

Alot of pizzas to choose from so definitely got one for everyone, drinks were delicious too!

The service was good. Easy ordering from the table which also provides pictures online. The staff were friendly. Everything came out quickly. The food was amazing and would recommend anything on the menu. Very fresh, all flavours work and the range is good.

Pretty cool venue and vibe but some of the staff need a bit more training. Taking share plates away with food on and not asking is a crime in my book. Great food though.

Ordered as room service while staying at The Ocean Centre Hotel. One of the best meals we have ever had! The Sri Lankan curry was amazing!

Absolutely fantastic. We got a range of 7 share plates and there were no complaints.not a single one. Just yum! Cocktails were pretty delish also

Lovely environment. Comfortable seating. Friendly staff. Easy to order from qr code on the table. Fast. Food was great and fresh. Definitely eat here again.

Probably, the worst service I’ve seen so far in Australia. Only one waiter was polite any other staff was very rude. We had the feeling that they were doing us a favor for being in their restaurant. Very long time waiting for normal food, even the drinks that should take less than 30 minutes took longer, around 1 hour for all of it. Never come back.

Food was served quickly. Staff we onto it. Some food seemed over priced, pizzas were good value. Nice atmosphere. Recommended.

I had just made the treacherous journey from Carnarvon and was looking for something to satisfy my hunger I had attained on this trip; I was getting to the point of HANGRY. I decided on some cheap and delicious noodles, but as I was walking towards the noodle shop I passed this establishment and my eyes and nose where immediately distracted by the sight and smell of woodfired pizza. I quickly threw my noodle feast plans straight out the window and orders a pizza and a beer. I ordered the capricciosa pizza and added anchovies, as well as a beer. Now the beer was fine, its beer; I expect it to be the same everywhere I go. To my surprise the pizza came out within 5 minutes (legit, service was as quick as 1000 startled gazelles). I was presented with the pizza I could only dream of; woodfired to perfection circle of deliciousness. The crust was perfectly raised and had some slight burnt bits on it (exactly how I like it), and the toppings where spread around quite well. The anchovies that I ordered as an extra where a game changer. Any other pizza place would have 'aNcHovIeS', but these where ANCHOVIES - great size and fresh as heck flavour. I wish I was staying in Geraldton for longer so I could sample more of the food and drink menu. Every staff member, give yourselves a pat on the back - I can't wait to come back <3

Basically the best /food /coffee and service in Geraldton - plus it’s a very nice vibe - great decor what’s not to love - I always recommend this place to visitors of my airbnbs as I know it’s consistently good! Pizzas are great / local meat / local seafood and produce

Booked 2 days in advance and kitchen had no food for us. Wait staff was rude about my coffee order and due to ordering system had to cancel our orders, they weren’t helpful when these issues came up and then just walked off. I’m sorry I lost my temper, that was unacceptable but this experience was really horrible. I embarrassed myself and left with my blood boiling. My mate did end up getting theirs takeaway. Unripe Avo, poached egg was boiled. Srsly never going back here. 0stars

*edit* I’m just adding that this was a bridal party so perhaps some added stress there.

We’re staying at Ocean Centre Hotel and their room service is provided by The Provincial Geraldton.
We ordered salt and pepper prawns and when it arrived it was 4 tiny prawns and it was $18. Seriously $18 for 4 prawns and a lemon wedge.
Don’t waste your time or money on this.
I still can’t believe they have the balls to charge that much for such a pitiful dish.

A group of 5 ladies had the meal special for $21 including wine. I had fish and chips. Very nice. Others had pizza. Everyone liked their meals. Friendly staff, good location.

We had ordered flat bread, shark bay whiting, lamb pizza and chilli caramel pork belly for dinner. Oh my goddess the foods, customer services and the design of the place everything just so amazing. Well done will definitely come back again next time whenever we visit to Gero
