After 2 years living in perth and trying to find the vet that was perfect for us and our pack of fury babies we have finally found the perfect fit, what an amazing team.the whole practice each time goes above and beyond our expectations and we always leave feeling great. We travel 1hr and 20min but its so work it each time. Thank u all so much.
Really great Vet, recently moved my puppers here for specialist services, after first consult I knew this would be our go to vet for all aspects of their care as they were knowledgeable, compassionate and did not try to guilt me into extra or unnecessary services, this showed to me they value their high level of integrity, I really recommend them - the email appointment reminders are perfect!
Not Happy.thought we still have credit coz we swap medication and still some left, they not even informed us that they use the credit for insurance after all our dog passed away after they gave us medication and won't bring my other dog there anymore, seem receptionist not even want talk to us seem very rude.not like old days when Nadine still there changing staffs and not friendly at all, very disappointed.
The team at the pet practice are incredible. We knew Jaspa, our groodle, was in safe hands the moment we were greeted by the lovely receptionist. All the vets are so genuine and knowledgeable. The facility itself was also spotless - always a good sign. After going to this vet I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my animals!
Excellent, professional clinic! Did an amazing job with our French bulldog Gaston (who had a palate resection). Have also used their breeding services - TCI, etc
We have just came back from TPP which was our first visit to the clinic we were very happy with the staff and the advise we received and will be returning in the future
Friendly caring staff from Reception through to the Vets. We have had our blind, aging cat there, and our Shih Tzu as well in the last month. We are very happy with the outcome for both of our animals, and also with the attitude and attention to detail from all of the staff, who have taken time to explain things to us in detail.
Dr Nadine and team do an excellent job. Recommended to us as new owners of French Bulldog puppy and couldnt be happier with the care and advice given.
Jodi is excellent, we had a very sick pup.she brought him back, went to huge efforts to ensure we had everything we needed to care for him overnights when we took him home. Without her there would have been a lot more fighting between my husband and me, she really made it bareable.
Efficient reception staff and a professional, caring vet who dispensed excellent care to our GSD. Will be back.
