I have dealt with many vets over the years and by far the pet practice has such amazing vets Dr maz is our go too nurse Juanita sherezz and all the staff are fantastic with our frenchie clan very knowledgeable and go that extra mile great bed manners when dealing with our dogs from theatre to just general check ups they always one step in front of making it better 100 percent care factor prices are good clinic is clean n presentable well stock for any after care treatments etc thank you to all the staff for caring and doing a great job I love watching the progress of this clinic grow
Hopefully one day a bigger wait area n hooks for dog s while waiting for safety of our pets.but not essential

From my initial contact and over a few visits all staff members have been very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and handled my dog with care. My dog was the most relaxed I’ve seen her. I was also very impressed with the their communication, updates, friendly receptionist and email updates.

The workers and vets here are very kind and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else!

Our vet was wonderful with our cat, Marshmallow.
She made the whole appointment feel relaxing and was patient with Marshmallow when she tried to jump in the drawer
Without hesitation, she removed the cats stitches for her, at no extra charge to the vaccination/general check up appointment. I found this to be excellent service.

We will definitely return to this friendly practise.

Dr Leah was friendly and well knowledged, my dog hates her feet being touched and after having half her nail hanging on Dr Leah fixed her right up.
Candice was also very helpful assisting with my pet insurance claim. A great practice and would recommend to anyone.

Super kind staff all round! My boy had ongoing problems from a procedure performed at a different practise, but the team here resolved it and he’s now heaps happier. Will never go anywhere else!

Staff were very friendly and handled my boy with care. He wasn't stressed at all. The treatment also worked as promised. Good price. Will be coming back here regularly!

Thank you to the kind reception staff who got my Louie in quickly when he was stung by a bee. The vet was excellent and took the time to explain things to me without making the consult feel rushed. I Would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for caring staff to look after your pets.

I really have to concur with the other reviews who have described the veterinarians as arrogant and condescending. That was 100% my experience over the past month of dealing with them.
I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone.

The past 7 months I have been a client at this practice. My special Mitzy had a condition that we knew didn’t have a good outcome. However, the wonderful vets Nadine, Leah & Maz did everything they could to make her remaining time as comfortable as possible.

It has now been a month since my darling Mitzy has been up with the angels. The compassion and care that was given through out this tough process was beyond words.

I am very grateful to the wonderful vets and 2 particular nurses (Candice and Kylie) that went above and beyond, it made the whole process of putting my sweet girl to sleep just a little easier.

Thank you to everyone at your practice and thank you for my lovely sympathy card with Mitzy’s paw print. I have now framed it next to her ashes.

Highly recommend The Pet Practice, I’ve been taking my dog here for the past few years and all the staff are always very caring and professional, the best care my boy has received, thank you for taking such great care of him.

We went to this practice few weeks back but still couldnt brush off the disgusting experience we had. The Vet Leah Keating is rude and arrogant. She does not really care about your pet. She’s good in explaining the cost but when questioned pertaining to your pet, gives you no empathy, rude service or no service at all. They deal with the public so unfortunately customer service counts and this vet practice does not promote a good relationship between pet owners and vet. We paid not a small amount of money, in fact thousands of dollars but we left the practice feeling lost and unwanted. WE DO NOT PROMOTE THIS PRACTICE AND WILL NOT EVER GO BACK. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I made a huge mistake bringing my dog here. I thought based on the reviews that they provide gold standard of care but I was wrong. The vet does not wanna be contacted anyday or anytime post surgery. As a normal standard of care, I expected that post surgery you’ll be able to ask questions to the vet if you have any but apparently NOT. Vet charges phone consultation fee even if its just a day or hours after the surgery. Also, they dont give out your pup’s health record. They talk to another vet if you are transferring VERBALLY, yes no written records just verbal. I dont get that. This practice is overrated. Be carefull when bringing your pet to them. I do not recommend.

Dr Nadine is the best vet in perth for my english staffy (Sox)!
