The Park Hive IGA

LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT WHEN YOU BUY FROM THERE! I bought some fruit ie 2 x apples & 3 x mandarins at $7.99 & $6.99/kg respectively. Was charged nearly $21 for them. After looking at my receipt, l was charged 2 x chestnuts at $21/kg. No apology from the guy who served me but the manager did & refunded me what l was charged for the "chestnuts". Pays to watch!

We dropped by this place for groceries. They have items on offer which is always helpful. Items available include fruit, vegetables, meat, drinks, sauces, ready-to-eat food, dry food and household necessities. Check out was efficient and friendly.

This IGA is my new local store. So far I have come here every few days to get some of the most amazing fresh bakery goods. Items are always being restocked when I come in and everything I buy has been really fresh. Bread has been good quality and doesn't expire early, fruit has been reasonable in price and there is a coffee shop next door that is very popular. The carpark is small and a bit pokey but I have always found a park. You can't miss the IGA sign as it's right on the corner of an intersection. Highly recommend the bakery products.

Absolutely sick of out of date produce! Just bought a dozen eggs (25/7/23) and got home to see they were used by the 22/7! This has happened so many times with various things. Sick if it!

Convenient place to shop when Woolies is closed, good selection of things but is pricey. It is a basic IGA, nothing fancy.

I come here most mornings this is my local IGA, some days are better than others but don't plan on a quick stop for an iced coffee and a muffin on the way to work Pretty tardy with opening time, on the 2/6/23 0707 but that's becoming pretty normal. Some days (not all) staff are pretty rude don't really want to be there (this isn't all staff just 1 or 2 that ruin it). Thismorning however the checkout staff were nice and friendly. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a grocery shop more a convenient stop that opens at 0700 ish.

I had terrible experience from the check-out staff around 8.30 am on 26/01/23. I felt like the staff didn’t want to be at work and she didn’t even want to serve the customers. I had only bought few items of snacks and she kept asking if I needed bag and she got quite agitated when I said No because it was only few donuts in the paper bag and small fresh juice bottle.
Furthermore, when I told her to add my mobile number for reward at the end, she just gave me another angry look and sighed at me. This is our local IGA, and we go there at least once a week from last ten years but never experienced such a bad customer service.
I urge mgmt.to look into this.

Selection has most of what you need. The prices seems a little bit more on the pricier side. Then again, these are times which we are living in

I frequent this store a few times a week as I work in Henderson and live in Roleystone.so its on my way home, the fruit and vegetable section is second to none, always have fully stocked shelves and the staff are friendly and chatty.keep up the great work

Attempted to call 9 times with no answer; poor customer service to not pick up the phone once while ‘open’.

This is my local IGA and more often than not I’m shopping here more than Woolworths. They have great fruit and vegetables always beautifully presented and stocked. There is a good selection of packaged salads and highly rate their freshly baked selections for when your running late and need a quick bite. Staff are super friendly. Uber/Door dash orders could be faster but you can’t win em all. Flower selection is always primo but on the more expensive side. Love the eucalyptus bunches that come in - please stock more

Love this IGA, fresh home made meals, lovely cut fruit slices, great products not at other shops

The workers are either tone deaf or have never been trained in an ounce of customer service. Ripped me off because I am a young adult and when I corrected the worker she didn’t acknowledge me with any words and went on her phone. When her supervisor arrived she also didn’t apologise or say a single word or even make eye contact. So sad to do so bad on something so simple

I approve of this IGA, they actually have their own packages for fruit platers @ $9.00, they also have many other prepared vegetables package @ $5.00.
They have a very well stocked shop and it's very tidy and a good place to shop.

Nice little place, we went to the doctor, the chemist, and the IGA and all were a bit cramped, but pretty good. Parking, again was cramped, but always manage to find a spot, especially out the back. They have public toilets which were clean and working.

The Prices keep on rising never any good specials and the homemade bread lasts a day before going mouldy

Awesome selection of food and other goods. Overstocked in a good way.
Friendly cashiers and easy in out access. The later close times really come in handy! Quite impressed

Normally fantastic however on 2 occasions now the new cashier (fri morning 10.15am has been very rude. Will not shop again if she is at checkout. Sorry but very angry. I work in customer service and she does not fit the bill

Never answer the phone. Rarely get Uber orders correct. Mainly focused on getting as many people through the door, at the expense of customer service. Little to none professional responsibility for the services they offer
