The staff are all really friendly and go out of their way to make me and my clients feel welcome. Our AGM was held in the Function Room at The Park Business Centre on a day that was fully booked. The staff and facilities were so professional and everything ran smoothly. We have used the Park Business Centre on numerous occasions and everytime we have been extremely happy.

A while ago we had a need for an interim office during a consolidation phase of the company. We always knew this would be a temporary arrangement because we were actively bidding for contracts that we were confident of gaining.

During our time at "The Park" we have achieved our objectives. Our growth was initially catered for, by taking on additional suites but earlier this year, it became evident that we would outgrow the facility.

As the "oldest" tenants at The Park Business Centre, we are well placed to comment on the professional and friendly services provided by all staff and management. Tenet Consulting moved its offices to The Park from its previous CBD location, in 2003. We have never questioned this move and could not imagine any other location for our business. Facilities are first class and the location is the most convenient in Perth.

Having been based in our own offices in West Perth for over decade - our decision to move to serviced offices was a difficult one as we had been accustomed to managing all aspects of our own office suite. Having now been at The Park for nearly 4 months I now wonder why we didnt consider this option before. We have great offices, with excellent support - nothing is too much trouble - and less responsibility as everything is provided - from the tea/coffee services; bulk printing in-house; and a menu of other services including answering calls/picking up mail/secretarial support/meeting rooms available as required. When we are short-staffed we know that we can ask The Park to assist with any additional office support that we require - and all done with a smile. Dealing with management has been a breeze - and all staff are well trained and keen to please.

I can highly recommend The Park Business Centre - I found the staff to be extremely professional, whilst treating both me and importantly, my clients, with genuine warmth. The facilities are clean and functional, the location excellent and the security measures ensured a sense of safety in and around the building.

We spent eight months at the Park Business Center. We found the facilities to be excellent and that the staff were friendly and very professional.

We have been using the Park for all our small sized training courses since 2004. The reason we have stayed at the Park, is the staff, the facilities, the location. When you are running training courses for up to 14 people at a time, things go wrong and the staff at the Park always quietly and calmly assist us to fix what ever has gone wrong and usually we have forgotten to print something important and they do it for us every time with no notice whatsoever. We can depend on them to support us with constructive suggestions for how to improve things to make it easier for everyone.
