Only downside is all of the little extras add up, some of which are fairly costly for what they are or I would have thought would have been included in the cost of the room hire.

We moved in about 6 months ago and love it.

The building and amenities are great. The shared reception, lounge area and meeting rooms are first class and hard to fault.

In comparison to our previous premises (two blocks away) we are paying more for floor space; however, we saw an overall cost saving as we no longer needed a dedicated reception area or meeting rooms.

Staff were very helpful during our initial enquiry, subsequent moving in, and day to day operation.

We certainly have no regrets about making the switch.

I have been working at this facility for more than a year now and I must say that I have had very positive experience dealing with the management and the adequate service they provide me and my clients. In particular, my clients have fed-back to me that the reception has always been welcoming and helpful. The management is also quick to respond to inquiries and requests. On top of all of this, the business centre also offers a number of comfortable lounge areas and beverage facilities.

We recently held our AGM at the Park Business Centre. Communication leading up to the event was excellent. On the day staff were attentive and the room and catering were set up as required. We will use the Park Business Centre again for future corporate meetings.
