We had the Devonshire platter and were pleasantly surprised with presentation and fresh food quality. Very tasty - we will be back.

Had lunch with my BFF today and service food delish as were the surroundings. Service was great even the chicken wandering around. Definitely a must go to place.

What a lovely way to end the weekend in the Swan Valley.

I had often passed this on my trips to the valley and had observed various signs around its function.

Now they are open as a tea rooms and we were very warmly welcomed in the car park with directions of the best places to park as we needed some shade due to already having visited Whistlers Chocolate.

Then, as we made our way to the alfresco dining area, we observed 'old doors set up for shade, wonderful and quaint areas indoor and out to enjoy our mid-morning brunch.

Again we were treated to wonderful hospitality and a good sized menu.

My fil was immediately drawn to a banana milkshake due to banana being one of his most favourite foods. You can tell from the picture what he thought of it.

We also thoroughly enjoyed our brunch and the tranqil surroundings, although traffic on themain road is occassionally loud.

There was a little challenge when the breeze blew over the umbrella shade, but everything was quickly dealtwith and another drink to replace one that got knocked over.

We left very happy and will definately visit the Tea Rooms, Wedding venue and Accomodation again.

Thank you.

Stopped here this morning for some breakfast, the ham and cheese toast was pretty good, wife had the melktart she said was good too. The alfresco area has a beautiful garden
Dogs approved the little pieces of bacon

Popped in Good Friday for a quick morning tea, not many places were open so limited options.
Had a pot of English Breakfast Tea, Iced Dirty Chai, Toasted Croissant, Chicken Wrap and a Ricotta Lemon Cake.

Toasted croissant was a let down, wasn't flaky, ham wasn't warm and cheese wasn't even melted. Two croissants were served as one portion.
Chicken Wrap was adequate but quite small.
Ricotta Lemon Cake was the best of all dishes but not sure if it was made on site.
Tea and Iced Chai were nice and as expected.

Wouldn't really recommend eating there but for a coffee and cake scenario it would be ok if nothing else was open.

Went here for High tea, paid more for x1 vegetarian although it would have cost less than the standard, they got the booking wrong. High tea was ok but staff not friendly and service was not good. Surroundings were lovely.

Lovely little cottage style Tearooms with choices of seating (indoor, outdoor, veranda). Had tea and carrot cake - both lovely. Staff helpful and friendly. Unobtrusive music you can easily hear over. Can hear the road noise but garden is lovely. Tried some olive samples too. Will be back!

Stopped in for tea and cake. Lovely pretty gardens, hidden away from the road. Staff very friendly. Carrot cake was yummy. Warming our tea cups was a nice touch.

Had a very special time there with friends. I booked a table for 6 people and they gave us a room with air con in a warm day. Food was fantastic and more than we could eat. Tea and coffee were great too. Totally recommend it. Every one there were super helpful and attentive to us.

Fabulous food, friendly staff and pretty setting. Devonshire tea was great value and the food that came with it included tasty sandwich, beautiful scones and the best carrot cake I've ever had. Highly recommend

Beautiful setting, unassuming live music made for good atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (dogs allowed, which was nice). But.the food was severely overpriced for what we received. "Eggs on Toast" was $16 - two eggs, two pieces of plain toast, and packaged butter on the side. The "breakfast bowl" (pictured below) was $19, with the only addition being 2 rashes of cold bacon. We were both still hungry at the end, and we'd spent $35. We didn't go there for tea or coffee, so I guess that's what people must rave on about, but I wouldn't go there if you're looking for a meal in the valley.

Went for a girls lunch and sat outside under the large shady trees which was very pleasant. It wasn't busy on the day we visited and the service was prompt and very friendly. Most of us were tempted by the two "salad of the day" which were displayed in the counter fridge. They were wholesome, tasted freshly made and everyone enjoyed their meals. There were also plenty of gluten free options for one in our group. We couldn't resist the temptation of trying some of their delicious looking cakes. We shared a variety between us, all were tasty, with the vanilla slice getting most of the praises. Will definitely visit again for the tasty food on offer and the lovely hospitality we received.
