The Olive Estate Tearooms reviews
49Great little cafe, tucked away off the road. Staff always friendly and helpful. Really nice selection of food with some delicious soups and desserts. The breakfast for two is great value.
A lovely spot for food and catchups. Everything we ate was terrific. The breakfast for 2 was a highlight.
What a beautiful experience beautiful service beautiful food 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to come back. We had a lovely time here thank you once again
We stopped for scones and tea, and it was truly amazing. Beautiful grounds, the gluten free scones were easily the best I've ever had, and the kids menu was not only adorable, but perfectly portion sized. Will definitely be back the service was really personable, and everyone, from waitstaff to owners were so kind to my little girl, bringing her colouring and introducing her to the chickens thank you!
I always love coming to The Olive Estate Tearooms. It makes for such a lovely relaxing Sunday treat. I enjoy the gluten free options, especially the scones!
The atmosphere is lovely, with the beautiful trees and friendly chickens. The staff are always very friendly and helpful too. Thoroughly recommend!
Wonderful
Enjoy the garden and the scones.
Definitely worth a visit. Lovely staff
Thank you

Most perfect place to host an event. Had the most incredible 21st: venue, staff, food, atmosphere, it is all remarkable. DONT THINK TWICE! Pay Olive Estate a visit, wether its for a breakfast, coffee, a quick bite or to host your next special occasion.ps, the scones are to die for!
This place is fantastic, food was top of the line service, which was amazing. Shanaaz, the service lady, was so fantastic I can not rate this place highly enough
The perfect spot to escape to at a weekend. Beautiful and peaceful with the most delicious freshly made selection of food.
I got the afternoon tea - Pot of tea, Sandwich, Exceptional Carrot Cake and a beautiful warm scone with cream and Jam ($25). Then also ordered a bowl of the soup of the day - Creamy Pumpkin Soup, which was super tasty. The customer service here was exceptional, the young girl was so friendly and had impeccable manners it really was a lovely visit. I cannot recommend it enough.
We had the scones and cream and they were absolutely delicious. The chickens roaming around really made it feel wonderful. Will definately come again with friends who would love the atmosphere. Thank you Olive Estate Tearooms
Just had one of the best High Tea experiences.great service, beautiful setting and delicious food.highly recommend
Stoped in for scones and tea. Well the scones were very, very dry and tiny. Coffee was Luke warm and the wife's tea was weak. Setting is nice but that was about it.
Love the service and the owner so kind and sweet.
Same with the grand daughter so efficient and smart
We stopped in for coffee and cake & were disappointed. Ordered two different cakes, both heavy & odd, flavours were not right. There was rubbish in the garden beds and one chair was split and broken. Looks run down and we were the only customers. Wouldn’t return or recommend.
I was treated to a Devonshire tea from my daughter in law. It was amazing, food delicious, service was great very friendly. The location was quaint, couldn't fault anything will come again. My granddaughter had a baby chino and fairy bread and sat at her own table and thoroughly enjoyed herself with a freind. So nice to see a playground for kids and a menu that wasn't to expensive. Well done Olive Estate Tearooms
Came here for breakfast. Decent food with good portion sizes, but not wow. Coffee and tea were so so. Quaint cottage setting with small playground for young kids. Friendly staff. They also sold olives and olive oil products that looked pretty nice.
A wonderful little spot! We had a breakfast board - which was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The kids had picnic boxes which they thoroughly enjoyed. The coffee and the service was amazing, and the staff are all really friendly.
A hidden gem - can’t wait to go back!
Driven past many times but never stopped now we wish we had.
Great home made food in a rustic atmosphere with lots of ambience
And friendly staff.
An absolutely amazing find. Lovely staff, friendly and welcoming, a great selection of cakes and drinks.
We indulged, and will definitely return when I’m back in Perth. 5
