Bad customer service and rude waiter. Very disappointing. The ambiance of the restaurant is good though.

So ideally situated. Very clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated too.
Delicious continental breakfast laid out in a common kitchen, Highly recommended

This place will only accept card payments. I am unsure whether the food tastes good, as a flock of seagulls descended on my food moments after it was placed on the table. Something to think about when sitting at the outside tables. The seagulls devoured my food in a matter of seconds. The prices are reasonable for a burger place. There is a pool table inside for those who like playing pool.

Great for the kids very accommodating with games etc food was good and quick family enjoyed it.the only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is NO CASH i wont be back unless this changes.
Using Covid as an excuse is a cop out every other business is back to normal trading anyway I wont be back if you're that concerned about Covid maybe get your staff to wear masks

Far to noisy. The basketball game is a bad idea for a restaurant. The food was adequate. Average beer selection.

The dishes are neither too spicy nor too oily, which pleases my stomach. It gives the impression that the food was prepared at home. I'm overjoyed that my food problem has been resolved. The people who deliver are extremely pleasant, and customer service is also extremely helpful.

Excellent food in a pleasant environment. I didn't feel rushed in the least. It was reasonably priced overall. I'm sure I'll be back. Everything was fantastic.

Words would fall short to express my love for this place. The food is very yummy and I love the décor of this place. You guys should visit this restaurant once.

Have had 2/3 bad experiences here and didn’t want to come back, 1 with food, the 2nd with service but i came back after a few months and noticed a huge difference, new games on tables, cleanliness, great hot fresh food and fast service (we were the only customers but still)

visited yesterday 27th Tues July, the staff were super friendly, fast and onto the service, food was great and affordable, can highly reccomend any burgers and my friend had sea food she loved with no complaints.my order: the hot bird with sweet potato chips + side of garlic bread
friends order: the shack (sea food range)
we also got an english breakfast teapot served to us straight away with almond milk and a great amount of house water with chilled cups.well done local shack, keep it up!

The meal ordered, a calamari salad, ended up being 2 small pieces of chicken that was mainly batter because the they had run out of calamari. The salad was lettuce leaves with some red onion. The most expensive plate of lettuce leaves that I have eaten. Didn't quite match up to what was described on the menu. Not an ideal place to eat if you have special dietary requirements, as I do. The service was pretty good though and the staff friendly.

Upon ordering it appeared the staff did not know what was going on - my table did not have a number and that seemed to confuse them. After half an hour and seeing people who arrived after us receiving their food, I approached the staff asking why we hadn't even received our drinks yet (I also had to ask at least 3 times before receiving water). The staff only said they would start making my order now and didn't even apologise. They were not super busy and we saw multiple others complaining to the staff. Terrible service, won't be coming back again
