The Lobster Pier

Food here was amazing. Perfectly cooked lobster which was tender and juicy with an excellent sauce and really nice sides for a very good price. My favourite was the truffed and cheesed lobster roll but the butter sauce lobster roll is a classic that was done really well too! Would definitely recommend and return. Atmosphere and service were lovely too.

Took us back to Key West in 2017 and our first experience with Lobster Rolls. Great job clean friendly place with a delightful young lady looking after us.loved the mocktail and salads. Thanks again see you again with more friends.

Dropped in today around 1pm. Pretty busy, we just got take away. I had the lobster roll with cheese and truffle sauce? Something like that. Nice amount of lobster, nice flavour but could have done with a bit of salt. Bun was soft and delicious as well. If any criticism the place could be bigger, we were going to dine in but it was full, only 4 or 5 tables tops. And it is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for, not really a whinge. Something different.

Make sure you book online as this place only has 6 tables - it is 100% perfection only a limited menu which is clearly so that the chef can perfect each dish - of which he certainly did.
Also worth noting that from Murray street it is hard to spot but it is opposite the old Fast Eddies on the corner

Had a great lunch at this little restaurant. Enjoyed the lobster tails, roll and calamari. Service was attentive and informative regarding wait times. Some great choices in sides along with a decent servings. Seating for about a dozen people. Very much recommended.

Excellent little restaurant/takeaway. We found this on a night out, as we were looking for something quick to eat before heading to the Comedy Lounge down the street. It’s located opposite the old Fast Eddys. The Lobster Rolls with the 2 sides was delicious and good value. It was plenty to eat, and very fresh. I see the photos on the other posts, and agree that they are a true representation. As this is another restaurant hit hard by Covid, I’d very much like to see it continue, and certainly deserves more support. Check it out.

Took my opportunity for their lobster 25% discount meal for lunch. Did not disappointed at all, meal came out within 10mins after we order. Fresh and tasty lobster tail for sure. Their truffle fries is a must try. Wanted to try their dessert but the meal portion was large for us to continue to dessert. As for customer service, have to give them both thumbs up, friendly service with a smile.

Underwhelming. Felt like a scam. Dry bread and tasteless. Service was ok.but the “cook” seemed a young casual who was seen on her phone too often! Don’t waste your money.

We went there when they had the lobster lunch special. The venue is small but it didn’t bother us, we just avoid peak hour.
The staff thought we were getting take away then she apologized and offered us drinks which was nice.
I wouldn’t expect large portion with cheap price.
Delicious food and attentive staff.
Will wait for other special:)

Ordered a lobster roll with cajun fries thru takeaway yesterday and it was so delicious! Enjoyed it so much - finally i can get a lobster roll delivered:) (like in Sydney)
