The Kingsley Tavern

Monday night 3 for dinner. I had Caeser Salad & the croutons were stale. I asked the waitress to double check with their kitchen to confirm & I was right. No apologies from the kitchen. Very disappointed. After a long trip home from Esperance to have a sub standard $22 meal. Should have ordered their steak sandwich instead.

My best friends family spent thousands on a bar tab for the wake of their son that passed away. People arrived at varying times. Some family members and friends that arrived later were denied even one drink to grieve. No one was rowdy or drunk whatsoever. The cold hearted, disgusting staff were so disrespectful I felt sick. This place might be close to Pinnaroo but do yourself a favour and go to woodvale. Their food is also absolutely abhorrent and made without care to suit their absolutely careless, feral, staff. This was my local for my entire life but I will never return.

Staff were lovely on arrival, ordered chicken spring rolls and onion rings.
Onion rings were so greasy the paper underneath was soaked.
Chicken spring rolls were barely warm in the middle, soggy and i'm not even sure they were chicken.
I waited a while for waitress to come outside so I could send the plates back but eventually we gave up. On the way out I found a waitress and let her know, she just said she would pass the feedback on. No refund offered

Walking in to a guy belting out some great songs was a great start to our night, food was AMAZING and service was fast and efficient, what more can you ask for
We will definitely be back

Fantastic fish n chips, great side salad. My wife had the chicken parmi which was also great. Beer was cold and the staff were fast and very pleasant. First time here but will return.

On my partner's 31st birthday, we had reservations at what we hoped would be a delightful dinner.
Unfortunately, I had forgotten my ID, and despite having photo proof and of my birth certificate, I understood I couldn't order alcohol.
HOWEVER, when I asked for a simple cup or bottle of juice, I was met with a blunt and rude "no. " It was disheartening to witness children throughout the restaurant freely enjoying juice served by the staff while I was denied. This left me feeling perplexed and frustrated to say the least.
In the end, I manage to grab a glass of water!

Great Sunday lunch out with the family. Their Sunday roast is beautifully presented and taste amazing, highly recommended.

Went for the Sunday roast this time & it did not disappoint. Tasted as good as it looked. The Yorkshire pudding was nice and light and the meal wasn't heavy at all. Kids fenced playground outdoors which is great for the kids to burn off some steam before dinner. Staff were super friendly, great service. Lots of parking

Just had a terrible meal and experience. Me and my family waited over an hour for food, chips were way to salty and steak wasn’t cooked to how we chose. Staff didn’t care at all, never going back to such a mediocre place.

Food was excellent, great choices and reasonable portions. Well above typical pub food, very impressed.

Thank you for the beautiful food, amazing peaceful venue and amazing team, especially Ashleigh on the day for our Dads Wake. He would have been so chuffed that we were all looked after.

The food and service has really gone down hill lately. Tonight I ordered a salad which was missing the dressing and when i asked for it I got a bowl of oil! Not what was advertised on the menu? ! This type of thing has happened before and the staff dont really seem to care. Such a shame as this is our local! I don't think we will be back any time soon.

The steak sandwich was amazing, absolutely delicious. The chips were so good too, like chunkier Nandos chips! Beers were icey cold. Looking forward to going back

Decided to go to Kingsley tavern for Sunday lunch. Food which was the Sunday roast beef with huge Yorkshire pudding was average but tasty. Price a little higher than other places at $29 which is fairly high for a special. One thing I wasn't impressed with is how dirty the place was The cleanliness in places shows how particular businesses are and this was not demonstrated here including the toilets. I hope thr kitchen is better. Service also was average and in all definitely a let down compared to it a couple of years ago.

Good food, service and atmosphere for a Sunday lunch. Most people on our table chose the roast, which looked amazing and they all said it tasted great. I had the fishcake with apple coleslaw, which was lovely and light.

The carbononara was one of the worst I've ever tried, had a soapy after taste.wouldn't go again: (

At a table of 9 all of us were very pleased. Service, polite and efficient. My steak cooked to perfection, slaw perfectly dressed, onion rings crispy, and the peppercorn sauce was the best I have tasted, very peppery.
I love the Kingsley and it is consistent but this night was very good.

Wouldn’t recommend to freinds
Felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by going there.
Didn’t accept a snapshot for 2 x vax and wanted to scroll my phone, so even when I showed my drivers licence.still wanted to TOUcH my phone.
The steak meal was really nice, thanks to. Kitchen … but the service staff generally just looked like they wanted to go home. Yeh covid and masks and mandates suck… but lighten up.it’s your job.

First time bringing a group of seniors here. Plenty of parking for buses. Entry at back for wheelchair/frame access. FANTASTIC meals. Seniors meals on the larger side. Staff super friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Sports bar steak was spot on cooked to perfection chips could of been cooked a smige longer. Chicken parmi is very average formed chicken snitz for the price is a hard pass for next time
